The guy started with this when she was a pre-teen, which makes this pervert a peodofile and he should be charged as such.

So, it seems all the negative comments about common-sense being nonexistent in Japan are true! He's lucky it wasn't a kid standing next to him. It would gone into their chest. What a total dip-sh!t ! ! !

Gotta love that last paragraph! They 'hope' it will release a lower level of radioactive ash? Meanwhile, north-west Chiba has just been exposed to cloud of radioactive smoke and ash particles. And, this is only the beginning! These kinds of reports will only become more frequent over the next year or so as the clean up gets into full swing.

One has to wonder if this clown has any idea what a democracy is? What what his university major? Antidisestablishmentarianism?

Radiation is only dangerious ib concentrated doses, including cesium. People are exposed to radiation everyday in baryong levels. Gees! Even your smoke detectors operate in radioactive cloud. Breaking down the intensity of the radiation is wise and should be welcomed. Japan is a small nation and cannot afford to lose the few hundred square klms of land in the exlusion zone.

As much as distributing the soil nationwide seems an unfavorable option it is actually quite a sensible option.

Kind of ironic that, this tsunami was the largest in 300 years, so those that buy them will more than likely never use them and they will become a legacy for their grand or great grandkids.

Sure raw meat is not the safest.... but statistically, cooked hamburgers kill more.

Wow! What a surprise that is, NOT! Considering there are over 35 million McDonalds hamburgers consumed every day throughout the world.

If I take that juicy US angus steak out of my fridge and just sear the edges for a rare steak will I get sick from it?

No! Because the meat has reached 60'C thus killing the bacteria.

The facts are: Raw beef and chicken both harbor a very dangerous parasite that can and has killed people (obviously). The same parasite is not present in horse meat. The parasite reproduces when the meats are brought to room temperature and then re-refrigerated. Anyone with a bit of basic food preparation knowledge should know this. Judging the safety of any food by your choice of restaurant is also rubbish cos you do not know where they got their food. If you remember the cases of the yuke deaths, it was from the supplier and not the actual outlets.

Anybody that truly knows the Japanese knows they are just plain 'ketchi' (stingy). And, seeing them shell out yen for any reason is news worthy. The displaced residents of Fukushima and Sendai have got bugger all from the J-gov, but the j-gov is more than willing to shell it out to make themselves look rich. Put your money where your mouth is and support the people in need, butt wads! Japan's national debt is the greatest in the world, but they keep telling everyone how Japan is a rich country. Bullsh!t!!!

How the heck could he attach an iPod to his shoe without it being conspicuous? I'm guessing it would have to be a Nano but still.......

3 times in the last year I've caught nutters taking upskirt photos at train stations in Chiba. But, what am I gonna do about it? If a I accost them it is me that will get into trouble and by the time I got the station staff they would have been long gone. My reaction has just been to shame them by asking them to show me the photos. The reactions and facial expressions are priceless. One guy just bolted out of the station. Hilarious!

Let's be thankful it wasn't his dream to drive a school bus or a train. I sincerely hope he receives a severe sentence for this crime. Regardless of the sympathetic posts, this guy killed six little kids because he lied about a dangerous health condition to get his crane licence. He should be severely punished and that is all there is to it.

This was inevitable, so there is nothing new. And, the rest of the TEPCO employees will have their pensions canned. They are being done a favor by being fired. At least will (should) get their severance pay, which is more than those who stay will get.

pawatan - Does this mean that current income tax is 20% the new rate would be 24%

Where do you get 20% from? The current rate is between 5-10% depending on your status. If you are paying 20% income tax you are being seriously ripped off!
