Of course they were bloody speeding! You can bet they were all hovering around the 100mph or more. Think about it! These are all high quality sports cars with the best brakes for any car and they couldn't stop quick enough to avoid the carnage? C'mon, you don't have to be a nuclear physicist to add that one up. And, the best thing is, cos they were speeding their insurance companies are gonna tell them all to go jump in the lake! Awesome!

It tastes terrible! There is nothing delicious about it! I've also has someone pass me a glass of fugu fin sake, which I ditched into a potplant. There is a reason this fish is poisonous and that is because it is not meant to be eaten! Why is that so hard for people to understand?

My daughter is seven and we don't live too far from Matsudo. I'm so glad she doesn't walk to or from school. she is always on the back mum's bike.
Publicizing these attacks is both good and bad. It is good in the sense it does create some public awareness, but it also promotes copycat attacks. It seems that every year in Japan there is a spate of these attacks and they are usually all within a very short time of each other. I just hope the J-flops get this bugger before he hurts another kid. I also hope they get him in a cell and give him a good phone booking!

How was he busted? Did someone dob him in? I think all drivers of public transport should be tested every day. All train drivers are tested before every shift in Oz. It would bring this country to a standstill if the same was done here.

200 billion is nothing compared to how much TEPCO is gonna have to shell out over the coming decades. These safety measures should have been taken when the plants were first built and not after one was destroyed by a tsunami that everyone knew was possible. Imagine how different the outcome would have been if Fukushima dai-ichi had a 5m sea wall protecting it.

Nope! Sorry, I can't accept that as an excuse. If they can't handle parenthood they should keep their legs together! This is not related to any sort of tension or stress. People who commit these kinds of incidents are just plane nuts and should be locked up! I just hope the other little tacker is taken away from her.

It is all to do with lifestyle. Most Japanese, both men and women work 50-60 hours a week or more and if they are not working they are sleeping, cleaning or shopping. How do they spawn a relationship under those circumstances? Most couples in Japan are either high school sweethearts or they met at work. One could also include the binge drinking when they do go out. As I have said before, there is very little love in this country. Have a look at the older couples on the trains. They sit next to each other as if they were strangers. The wife keeps the purse and the husband keeps his alcohol. There is also the 'I wanna get married and have a baby' speech that comes from the women. I am yet to meet a Japanese girl in her 30's that didn't give me that speech in the first month of dating. A great way to scare off the guys, gals! It is a land of 130 million strangers.

Before anyone complains about this new limit they should compare it with the levels in other countries. This would bring Japan's level down to one of the lowest levels in the world.
On another note; Is anyone else having trouble with the sentence structure of the headline? 'Government to newly set safety limits'. It has been doing my head in all day!
