    This kind of crime will sure bring out the cave man emotions in Americans, prosecutors are calling for the death penalty for the eight year old. They want to put him on death row in an adult prison. Christ!

    skipthesong: what are you talking about?? The Arabs are largely Caucasians, and the Queen of Mali had very little choice in the matter, she did not allow anything. You have obviously not read the story. And what about Brazil? Are you talking about the Portuguese and their involvement in colonizing Brazil and promote a culture of racism? I was talking about France and what I have seen and experience there on they streets. What is your point?

    Helter_Skelter: I think the KKK, the various white paramilitary groups committed to the violent destruction of blacks and Jews, skin heads, the ideology and the people behind the Oklahoma bombing present more of a threat to America than the people you have mentioned. America's history is permeated with acts of brutality by white against blacks because of skin color.

    The French have had a long history of exploiting minorities. Their active participation in the salve is well documented. Their law makers at home have by and large given their tacit approval to right wing groups that advocate for the expulsion of all immigrants. This hypocritical approach is infused with a blatantly racist foreign policy, towards their many African and pacific island colonies where the locals are treated with disdain by the white French expatriates.

    Moreover, Immigrant experience in France is littered with many stories of educated Africans having to resort to jobs that fall short of their ability. To apply for a job in France applicants are required to include with their application a photo of themselves, a process which serves only to exclude those that do not fit the perception of what it is to look or be French.

    The notion of being French is a bankrupt two tier system that awards white French citizens a higher status than those who are not.

    I just hope that Obama moves to normalise relations with Cuba. The notion the we can isolate Cuba and change things there is idiotic. The more Americans that are allowed to visit and interact with the Cubans the more information and knowledge the people will have about freedom and democracy. In that scenario change will come from the bottom up, yes we can!

    It is a know fact that the Palestinians are suffering and some how if you reveal that fact you are branded anti Jew. If Obama did in fact say that they are suffering then I cant really see the problem with that.

    The Jews need to look within their own society first before accusing others of being anti Jew. In their own society they openly discriminate against the Ethiopian Jews who represent no threat to the Jewish State.

    I do hope President Obama will take a more balanced view of the Palestinian issue, which for years have tilted too heavily in favor of those land grabbers. That the Palestinian have a right to statehood is no different from the aspirations of the Jews after world war 2.

    Palin had no idea Africa was a continent, and the "wall mart" Republicans with their festering trickle economic brew wanted her in the vice presidency. If Palin is all they are pinning their hopes and dreams on for 2012 then they will remain in taters for a long time.

    This is the kind of thing that may create the reason to stop sending billions a year in support of Isreal. The better option may be to return the land to the Palestinian and send most of the land grabbers back to the suburbs of those Europeans cities. Alternatively, I am sure that they all each have a relative living in Brooklyn that would be glad to offer up a room in the basement.

    There is nothing arrogant about Obama. You guys are just simply misinterpreting share cool for arrogance, from a man who is just totally comfortable in is own skin. An attitude that has been informed by a decidedly black social culture and has for the most part, placed its hopes and dreams at times challenged, in the value of education and hard work.
