Sarge:
I finally found the movie in JMDB. Its name in Japanese is Yomigaere Majo 甦れ魔女 (Revive, Witch) - this is the Japanese name of the movie, half of the movie is made by a Russian director, half of it by japanese. The link is:

I think he was right to protest. Many such case in sports where judges decide: boxing, wrestling, gymnastics.

Sarge,
the link is: http://www.mosfilm.ru/films/about/put_ k _medalam.html
but you have to remove the spaces before and after the k which I inserted because enclosing k with_ _ makes the k italic in these pages.

So sad, Sarge, so sad...today is very bad day indeed! Butterfly swimming is the swimming that requires the most power and technique and it was obvious that the Serbian guy has more power, strength, speed and is more technical than Phelps. It is a real misfortune that because of a technical fault Phelps was awarded gold medal. :( so sad

Sarge, The name of the volleyball film in russian is "Путь к медалям" (1980 I think), in English literally translated the title should be "The road to the medals" and it is about the great competition between USSR and Japan, and their two strong schools of volleyball. The training of the USSR team, the competitions and fights with Japan, tactics, the adversary between the teams and destinies of the players. Very good professional movie about volleyball and very dramatic too.

Yes, he is cute. I like his shirt. I wonder if he is bald under the hat. But it does not matter if he plays well.

Great play from team Japan-volleyball. If the game was in Japan, they would have won!
Congratulations on ping pong win, Japan almost lost against honk Kong but somehow managed to survive and win!
