  How can the USA or any American possibly find themselves fit to criticize Japan on Children's rights issues. The United Nations Declaration of the Rights of Children was ratified by 193 countries including every member of the United Nations EXCEPT the United States and Somalia.

  I cannot put any blame on the girl. 1) It isn't her fault. 2) How many times do people ask for help and are completely ignored?

  If he killed her then he is a murderer. It is only a matter of legal-degree whether it was premeditated or in a passion-induced rage. Lindsay may have been too reckless, but she didn't deserve to get killed by him.

  What is the moral equivalency to executing an innocent person? Many have been, and all were relatively poor.
