dip in flour and then egg, pan fry for 4 mins a side and drizzle with lemon butter sauce.

I got atopy when I first came to Japan as well. Suffered for a few years till I was told to use moisturizer with 10% Urea. (by a Canadian store clerk) Worked a charm.
