The clerk at Lotteria hypnotized me using a Jedi knight mind control trick last time I was there. She waved her hand slowly over the Zeppinburger on the menu and said "choose from the menu" repeatedly in a monotonous hypnotic voice. (3 or 4 times while pointing at the Zeppinnburger).

It was weird. I couldn't think what I went in there for and ended up ordering one.

It was small and tasteless and represented extremely poor value, so I am glad that Lotteria is offering this. I shall take them up on the offer next time they try their Jedi mind control trickery on me.

If I were to do that I suspect it would be cheese burgers, fried chicken, french-fries and great big kilbassa.

Japan business leaders hoping for GM revival after bankruptcy

But secretly are thinking "Bu-wa-ha-ha. So very foolish American get stung for basing business model on making huge big V-8 party-float cars TWICE in the last 30 years."

The Miss Universe show was basically her dancing and lip synching. Then she pranced around in a bikini. But not much talking beyond the standard "I like kids, sunshine and want to end world hunger, blah blah"

A later casual interview has her stating "I like Japanese food. I like natto".

    Very disappointing.......

Killing a fellow human being would be a fairly full on experience. People who do it strike me as people we do not want around in our society................

I heard of an old lady who was paid about $15,000,000 for her rice field during the bubble. She insisted on it being paid in cash and that was that. Off she went with the cash and put it who knows where.

SO there are more then a few little old ladies with well stuffed futons out there.

The whole robot thing in Japan is a bit odd. I sometimes think that the Govt. has created some sort of secret plan to finance robot manufacturing as the next wave of industrial growth.

We laugh now, but will we still be laughing when Japanese robots rule the world???

At the end of the day an electronic gadget generally lasts for 6 years before it breaks down /becomes obsolete be it is a Sony or a Acer or a Flying Pigeon Electronics Group brand.

Why pay more for something that lasts the same time and probably has many of the same components??

Unless you care about the name............

I don't think the standard "married by 30 or desperate" applies to super models.

Not quite the same deal as mere mortals.

Turkish ice cream is made from goat milk and mastic resins. It is notable in that it has a much higher melting temperature then regular ice creams. (makes sense in Turkey, I guess)

In turkey it is called salepi dondurma, of which the literal translation of is "Fox testicle ice cream". Mmmmm.......fox testicles.

    Great Asop fable.

By that logic, the money in your wallet is not being used and thus has no value. Therefore you won't mind whilst I remove it (at gunpoint).

I do get the wider meaning.....BTW.

Does "80 year old" mean she would be 80 now, or did they adjust the age for when they assume she died. Meaning she died at 77, but as she has not legally been declared dead, she is 80 according to Government records?? OR, was she 80 when she died and is *technically *83 were she not actually dead???
