many have pointed out the biggest problems in Jpn, to summarise
- educate not indoctrinate
- ban cram schools in 3-5yrs
- end exam hell, no exams period!
- stick to basics, nihongo, math etc
- school hrs end about 1500hrs, after school activities by 1730
- no weekend classes…

For many Japanese taking english courses the goal doesnt even seem to be to learn english, the goal is to make it APPEAR they want to learn english.

how about telling the taxi companies to pay their drivers salaries instead of paying them based on revenue earned, pretty simple really. The current system benefits owners & screws drivers, if the companies were forced to pay drivers a salary then you wud see supply & demand sort things out!…
