Another thing people are seeming to miss is that the ferry company staff almost botched this bigtime, they made him at their KOBE terminal & didnt call the cops, what if ichihashi never showed at the OSAKA terminal, they got`em & got lucky!

While I dont condone this guy I & I think most here understand his actions.

As another poster mentioned Japan has to fix this so if a parent who isnt going to get custody(ie gaijin in Jpn) they still have the right to real visitation unless it is easy proven…
