Laurel and Hardy were the funniest on-screen pairing in movie history and many of their gags were so revoltionary they are still used regularly today, especially Hardy's breaking the fourth wall to look at the cinema audience in exasperation - they were the first to do this and today you see it all of the time. In short - the greatest! In Japan, of course, nobody has ever heard of L&H, which is a great pity...

Agreed. I voted 'yes' to the question because I think same sex couples should have all of the same rights as straight couples...but I am also unhappy with the use of the word marriage. I prefer civil partnership...
