Sushisake3:"the captain of the Titanic never saw the impending disaster until it was too late, either. :-)"
Boom! I just knew that you would come through, my friend. It really is too funny watching the few remaining supporters of palin, who is a complete dolt, think she could ever be a leader of protest movement.Clearly, the definition of hypocracy is being blurred by these people. It's Disgusting! Well, anyways, said hypocracy is what the teabaggerists are all about.
Too bad for them that Obama's popularity continues to skyrocket off the charts and the economy that bush singlehandedly destroyed is rebounding under Obama's astounding guidance.

Well, my many friends, I have to admit it that this article rocked my world in a way, because FOR ONCE it looks like Obama's predessecor MAY have been correct. The current leader of Iran is not a good person.Anyone who could criticize Obama, who has just accomplished so much healing around the planet, and merely by just being elected in fact, must have some serious baggage he is carrying.
When I think about it, this guy President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad could be as dangerous as a teabaggerist.

heyLars:"The word "jihad" as many meanings including a personal struggle."
Ka-boom!And bangingly bang-on, my fine fellow! It's just too funny that the teabaggerists, who clearly miss a certain ex-president who was the worst president ever, STILL get worked up about ONE of the Abrahamic religions but not the OTHER two.
It must be there small minds, which got shrunk that way from too much hate and bias, or something.Disgusting!
Well, anyways my friends, as usual Obama is absolutley correcto-mundo here: and everybody who is attempting to criticize him is wrong, and this latest pronouncement from him, which is as astounding and wonderful as ALL of his others, will also go onto my i-pod once I can download the audio of it.

Well, another thing I have been meaning post here since the historic day that Barack Obama brought free health care to America is an absolutley fabulous quote from Howard Dean, who SHOULD have been the candidate in 2004,instead of Kerry who was brought down by the corporate controlled media. Here is Howard Dean (who IS a doctor,I might add)speaking about the new health care program in America: “When [wealth distribution] gets out of whack as it did in the ’20s and it has now, you need to do some redistribution. This is a form of redistribution. ”
So, how about my friends. How about a 'bingo!' for that one?

HeyLars:"If Russia wants to keep their pinky toes, they need to get out of Chechnya."
Bingo! You have summed it up perfecctly, in a way that even a child could understand it.You have an astounding gift for simplifying the abstract world of international relations, and that is a GOOD thin, since the right wingers and the haters, who will be the first to cry when they lose their pinky toes, need to cut the hate and the bias.
well, anyways,it hardly bares repeating that every religion has its extremists and the subway blasters are not really any different than the women who go to tea parties and shriek about Barack.

Well, my friends, I read today that about HALF of the "professional" weather people on American TV stations and in the corporate controlled media say that they believe the global warming is not real,, and it really makes me sad.And Of course the New York Times is behind the propagandization of this too. (go here www.nytimes.com/2010/03/30/science/earth/30warming.html?hp).My feeling is the only hope for America and the world is for an executive order to replace ALL meteorologists with CLIMATOLOGISTS, who know that the world is getting hotter and hotter and that polar bears are the canaries in the coal mines.

goodDonkey:"Team Temper Tantrum"
BOOM! Too funny, a great name for the few remaining violent tea baggers who are trying (and FAILing) to make folks at this websight believe free healthj care for ALL can be repealed. You really have a good way with words. You remind me of Jenine Garafalo (sp?) who is a personal hero of mine.
Well, anyways my liberal friends, Obama is more popular than ever and scott brown and his evil pickup have been defeated. The new laws have kicked in Team Temper Tantrum cant do anything about it.
Know this, American progressives-you are'nt alone in the fight.Sushisake3,zurcronium aand many of us north of your borders are pulling for you.
Moderator: Readers, please do not use meaningless terms like "Team Temper Tantrum."

Sushisake3:"Amazing...conservatives in general don't have a clue what 'socialism' means,' don't give a toss about anyone else besides themselves, and lovingly lap up any and all propaganda that their GOP overlords tell them to believe."
Bang on AGAIN, good buddy. It is just funnier than funny watching the despereate scott brown supporters here driving around in their pickups listening to drugs limbaugh (a name I will NEVER capitalise)TRY and call Barack's program for TRUE change something they can't even explain, i.e. (it's Latin, kiddies, basically it means 'for example')the spooky s-word, socialism.
Well, methinks what the rightists, who clearly can't ever see the forest for the trees, think is that when Barack and the Democrats he leads talk about socialism it is just ordinary socialism, but clearly it is FAR from that, it is clearly a national effort.
Hence, the NEED to take over a car company and to nationalize health care, among other things. The WHOLE country, the sargies and the ronins included, need to get behind their president, because this is national socialism, which is a GOOD thing.
Here concludeth my lesson.

SushiSake3:"This bill is a triumph of We First over Me First. The GOP is toast. :-)"
Yahtze! You can say that again, mon ami ! You,zurcronium and I DID have a hand, no matter how small, in helping to deafeat the GOPists and bring healthcare to the 50 million that had been denied it for decades by the repubs. As Canadians we can proud of the battle we fought here.

I USED to support a certain mother of a US soldier killed in Iraq who protested the war when bush, who was the worst president ever, was shredding the US Constitution on a daily basis, but now that she has tried to slander Barack, well, I will take back that support.I urge all progressives to longer capitalize the name of cindy sheehan.

zurcronium:"Victory is sweet. Next up nailing the banks that created the bush depression."
Bingo! I could not have said it better, my fine friend! What Barack has done today is simply too fabulous for words, and I am literally speachless.
Starting tomorrow morning the 45000 Americans who die every year because they have no access whatsoever to even the most basic health care will be dancing in the streets,if they arent ALREADY!
Well,I also must say your posts AGAIN confirm what I have also said MANY times - those of us to the north know our southern neighbours better than they know themselves or the backwards political system they still have there."Liberty",as stupid vilent teabaggers try to call it,died today, and the applause from Democrats in the Senate and House chamber was thunderous, and astounding!
Methinks Obama could be in line for a SECOND Nobel Prize. Why?Because if his figures are right, and clearly they are,50 million Americans who were denied healthcare by repubs will at last have access to it, but the reform will also save 190 billion, which should earn Barack the Nobel in economics, and help him bury sarah palin in 2012.I feel closer than ever to Barack.

Well, as I have always said, if Ghandi had been alive in 2003 he, like me, would have opposed the war for oil that bush launched and used to enrich his oily cronies in Texas, where I am CERTAIN every last drop of Iraqs oil has been siphoned to.Disgusting!

sushisake3:"long-term healthcare costs of U.S soldiers wounded in Iraq are around $600 billion."
Boom! And that's another incredibly unrefutable contribution from you, mate.
it really is just too funny watching the dwindling supporters of scott brown and his evil pickup truck here try and man up and fight Nancy Pelosi and Barack as they ram this legislation down the throats of the increasingly obese American public who obvioously don7t know what is good for them anayways. Its a too funny!Well, anayways, Obama's popularity is off the charts and the 1900 page bill will undoubtedly lower costs and even create a SMALLER government,in some respects.I can't really explain though.I FEEL good about the bill. That is the most important thing.

sushisake3:"Talking about pet projects, does anyone know whether Sarah Palin's Bridge To Nowhere has gone the same way she has - out the door?"
Bingo!Bang on AGAIN, good buddy. I too have spent the last year or so watching the stupid teabagger partyists and thinking to myself it is all about them defending their hero sarah palin, who as soon as she got a taste of power as mayor of Wasilla, must have FORCED Alaska Senator ted stevens to get the big pork barrel bucks directed that way. Disgusting!
