You need to add the IRA, Lord's Resistance Army, Russian National Unity, Tibetan Monks(according to China), Gush Emunim, Aum Shinrikyo and the KKK to the list. Those are religious based groups, not including eco-terrorist and narco-terrorist(who are more active at the moment then Islamic terrorist).
So, yes terrorism is an equal-opportunity thing.

I wonder if there is ever a point when one of the creators takes a step back and thinks "are we enabling people to further an already unhealthy obsession with fictional characters."

An interesting story, a lot of this going around, Canada barred British MP George Galloway from entering Canada, for his support for Hamas. Shame in both cases that freedom of speech inhibited.

Food aid is its own worst enemy, those who rely on food aid create more dependents who rely on food aid, thus the need for food aid is ever increasing. Focus on farm aid and if the land can not support a certain population, then the inhabitants are going to have deal with it, food aid will just create more people that are going to die of stravation if/when food aid is disrupted(Like what almost happened last year).

I have to agree with Investigator, the whole building a better Xinjiang(any other country/territory name) is the classic imperialist line. If Uighurs refused to cooperate with Han migrants, then obviously the don't want Han migrants moving in. It's thier land and their culture they feel is at risk, and if the Uighurs learned anything from how China bettered Tibet, they aren't going to pretend that everything is going to ok.

China has better things to display to the world other then it's military hardware.
Considering the great leap forward and cultural revolution set China back years and killed tens of millions of Chinese, China could have been a lot farther ahead now, with more of it's old history intact.

Going to consulate would have been much help for him anyways, according to the government website;
"U.S. consular officers are prohibited by law from providing legal advice, taking custody of a child, forcing a child to be returned to the United States, providing assistance or refuge to parents attempting to violate local law, or initiating or attempting to influence child custody proceedings in foreign courts."
"Dad only saw his during the weekend."
That was the court ruling, he was abiding by the law, which can't be said for his ex-wife.

I could only imagine trying to present a study like this to an ethics committee/board. I wonder if any of the test subjects engaged in riskier sexual activities because they believed they been inoculated with the vaccine and then contracted HIV.

Society is degenerating, only to those who fail to see pass the sensationalized newspaper headlines and as the old say goes let's one bad apple ruins the bunch.
We should back to the old days, where it was OK to beat your wife and children, racism was a lot less taboo, gays were forced to hide in the closet or perhaps when recreational drugs like LSD were hip (try and find a writer today that romanticized debauchery more than Hunter S. Thompson and become an iconic American figure for it.)
But that is really anecdotal, perhaps an analysis of actual facts;
Violent crimes;
1960 to 1970 - an increase of 156% 1970 to 1980 - an increase of 80% 1980 to 1990 - an increase of 26% 1990 to 2000 - a decrease of 21% 2000 to 2007 - a decrease of 1%
All other crimes follow the same pattern. http://www.disastercenter.com/crime/uscrime.htm
Tell me if rap and violent games are so bad, why did violent crimes decrease by 21% in 90's? Surely violent crimes would have increased, with all those kids being influenced by rap but the fact is there is no proof other then anecdotal inferences that rap and video have increased the level of violence in America or any where in the world and clearly if all major crime rates are falling, saying society is degenerating is nothing more then a lie.

It's suppose to be a W recession, I am waiting/looking forward to the next part after the economy stabilizes, high interest rates. Secure investments with good rates of returns, what more could a person ask for.

Of course the New drug laws would cause worries, next up my guess would be Mexico create some sort of taxation sceme for drugs. With the drug seeking tourist coming from the north, that would mean a lot of America wealth going into Mexico's coffers.

Really, so you are saying that no where in Japan is there a Japanese person who has the ability to understand the concept of racism because it wasn't taught to them. The concept of racism is common sense, I would say that there are definitely some if not a lot(notice the use of the qualifier) of people in Japan, who may not understand what they are saying in racist but I difinitely wouldn't say that of all Japanese. Some know that they are being racist and others aren't racist at all.
Saying Japanese are X is as the same as saying Gaijin or mixed race people are X, both ignorant.

2) Canada will block extradition if wherever he is to be returned to has the death penalty.

Marijuana is one of those issues that shows the true conservatives vs. quasi-conservatives, Marijuana is illegal because the government choose it to be illegal(government interfering with the individual). A true conservative is against all forms of government interference. Quasi-convervatives on the other hand demand less government interfence when it suites them and demand more government interfence when it is something that is against their belief, failing to see the irony.

I wouldn't say an MP is by any means wealthy, besides a single case is hardly a cross section of where Canadians go for health care. It is the same type of cherry picking that Micheal Moore uses for his video's.
Now on to things called facts;
Life expectancy. Canadians live longer than Americans. According to the OECD, life expectancy in the United States is 77.8 years. A Canadian can expect to more than two years longer (80.4 years).
The United States as a nation spends a higher portion of its wealth on health care. In 2007, Canada spent 10% of its gross domestic product (GDP) on health care. The United States spend 15.3% of its GDP on health care, according to the OECD.

Consider me confused but if I can live two years longer and health care is significantly cheaper, how is the American system better?
Maybe the survival rate for cancer patients is higher in the states but it's apparent by the average life expectancy, which countries have better and cheaper health care in General.

Living in Canada, and now being a SOX compliance consultant, working with primarily with oil and gas companies, I have yet to meet anyone "with money" who went to the states for medical care. I do know people who have gone to Cuba because you get a vacation well getting medical care. As well like I've said previously I know people(including myself) who have turned jobs in the states for fear of needing medical attention.
Considering that Canadian's have a longer life expectancy and our health care currently costs 10% of our GDP not 16% of our GDP, why worry?

I live in what is currently the richest part of Canada and I have had contracts with oil and gas companies(some very rich people) and have yet to meet a person who went state side to get their medical needs met. I did meet a guy who went to Cuba to get surgery/stay at a oceanside hospital for four months, as well as a women who went to China to get an organ transplant. As well I also know people(including myself) who turned down job offers in the States for fear of getting sick and needing medical attention.

Before the Taliban were pushed/moved out of Afghanistan and into Pakistan, Swat was considered a haven for foreigners and local holiday-makers. In particular lake Saiful Muluk.
