He was pushed and should have stood his ground over something relatively insignificant as this.

Yet in many a sentou and onsen you will see a female cleaner wandering through the crowd of naked men and no-one raises an eyebrow (or anything else).

I have a Fit and have had the recall letter but this article above is totally lacking in detail: "spring placed improperly in a small box inside the engine", whatever is that supposed to mean?

I lived in Bahrain for 2 years. The average REAL Bahraini would not support this type of protest, the main problem in Bahrain is (and always has been) the Bahranis, Bahrainis of Iranian descent and Shiites, not Sunnis.

I wonder exactly who decided that it "targets men with desires to have younger sisters"? It targets all pdf files IMHO.

I heard that the protesters were calling for Mubarak to be tried for corruption. Fine, do that but to be fair to everybody they would also need to try all the taxi drivers, street vendors, most shopkeepers and the guys hanging around the airport as unofficial porters. I have been to Egypt many times, it's not the nicest place on earth. On one trip I commented that the place (Cairo) seemed to look a bit cleaner, were they expecting a high-level visitor? My Egyptian colleague commented, "no, it rained yesterday".

Not surprised about Fukushima. It has often been rumoured that because the Yaks had difficulty in importing guns they instead imported the gunsmiths and set them up in business making the guns in Fukushima and Gunma. Maybe the gun was a Grock :-)

I really don't see the point in legislating against magazine clips holding more than 10 rounds: how long does it take to change a clip? 4 seconds or so if you are quick?

Agree with most of the above. Cars vary in this respect; some have switches in the front to disable operation of the rear window switches, some have "safe" windows which do retract when encountering an obstruction, on ALL cars the window switches don't work when the ignition is switched OFF which is what should have been the case. (Some cars will allow operation for a short time in case you have removed the key and have left a window open). I don't know about Japan but in the UK it is illegal to leave a vehicle with the engine running.

Nice photo, pity about the pylon. There hasn't been any news from Saitama (a reservation on the outskirts of Tokyo for those who don't know) for a while so this was needed to fill the gap until the next bit of stupidity from there.
