    Keeping passengers in their seats for the last hour of any flight would not mean anything if you look at the December 25th Northwest/Delta flight from Amsterdam to Detroit. The Nigerian did not have to leave his seat to almost blow up the plane. The way to get safer transportation whether it be air, sea, land or rail is to put all watch lists together internationally and deploy military to oversee the security of all modes of public transporation

    Well the first question to ask ourselves would be "is it the responsibility of airlines to provide the security to passengers or is it the government of the the country in which the passengers board a flight?" Airlines are not security specialists, they are transporatation companies. It should also not be responsibility of the airports to manage security if you really want to do it right. There is way too much hot air going around on this subject and it has such an easy answer which is to put the military in charge of security at any land sea or air port, period. All watch lists (internationally) however long or short should be assimilated and governmanetal security forces should be deployed to check out the individuals and screw (that means the aclu can go to hell) their civil rights.

    I think that they got off lightly considering shutting down Denver International, using federal, state and local law enforcement employee's time and lying to authorities. When Richard Heene choked up with tears in his eyes in front of the judge, that was a sham and he was really upset about the money that he and Mayumi chan are going to lose from not having their reality show. Hopefully when they are in jail, some brother will give him a good talkin to and Mayumi will see the other side of american justice and put the fear of god in both of them.

    I saw this coming days ago and told my J-wife that Tiger's wife grabbed his balls and putter in a fit of rage over him having and affair. Tiger left the house with his wife swinging the club at him and breaking out a car window. Tiger panicked, backed into the fire hydrant, gunned it and hit the tree. Wife breaks another car window and opens the door, takes Tiger down to the ground with a whack to his noggin with the club and that folks is why Tiger is hiding his injuries from the public.

    Trespassing on Federal property is the most likely charge for those two gate crashers. In this day and age of high tech security how did this happen. I would assume that you get an invitation from the White House that would have a microchip in it and when you arrive at the gate, they swipe it and a photograph of you appears on the security monitor and if it does not match they arrest you for attempting unauthorized access to the White House. If this happened in India or Russia, those two would be hanging from the walls of the Kremlin or Taj Mahal with body parts missing. As an American, I am ashamed that in these difficult and dangerous times, our own Secret Service can not get it right on something as simple as a dinner party. There probably will be some replacements at the office of the Secret Service by next Monday and those two gate crashers should be in custody in an underground bunker below Washington DC being interogated maybe even water boarded to teach them a lesson with video of it on Youtube asking who else wants to screw with US security, please come on down to this baptism.

    Mayumi should be deported, the husband go to jail for wasting taxpayers money not to mention possibly endangering search teams lives and the kids put into a social service foster type home with some seriously strict parents to teach them manners.

    I really love this type of reporting. Fiji's military rullers ordered etceteras etceteras to happen. This country is a small insignificant island chain with rulers that are thinking that they are important and are all ordering each other around like they mean something. Polygamy and incest is rampant so they all have six fingers and three eyes so that should tell you something about their background. These clowns should grab a beer, go down to the beach and chill out because on the grand scale of world events they mean nothing to their country's future nor to th rest of the world.

    This ruling is correct. Catholicism is another cult type religion like the Muslim and Judaistic religions and has no place in the modern world. Come on people, do all of you still believe in Santa Claus and the Easter bunny too? Without all these religious cults, the world would be a lot further ahead in our evolution and probably with a greater peace as well.

    If you dig up all the information about the two parents and how they raise their children, the child protection authorities should take the kids out of that home. Take a look at the "swapping wives" episode and you can see strange Richard and Mayumi really are.

    Don't drink the water!! the guy on the right hand side with the serious look on his face is peeing in the pool. Seriously though thats a lot of people in any public pool, glad I am not a life guard trying to keep a head count.

    I was in New York last year around this time with my family and thought about taking the Liberty helicopter tour but was concerned about the amount of air traffic as well as the fact that it looked like the tour company tried very hard to get you into their helicopter and up in the air, make the tour, then out again so that they can load another group. Making money makes people sloppy with safety and I am sure that the NTSB will find that the helicopter pilot jumped the gun and did not check air traffic before lifting off and into the path of the small aircraft it hit.

    This guy was on a fastrack to being a US citizen because the US military will accept non US citizens into the US miliatry and then in like two years they are US citizens and bring all their families to the USA. You would wonder how sound a policy that is. I bet there is no onther country in the world where a foreigner can dress up in their military's uniform, have access to security information and carry or use weapons. What a stupid system.

    She told police she felt herself being groped around her rear end for 10 minutes. Why did she wait for 10 minutes to do something? Is there really 10 minutes between the two stations?? Sounds like she liked it and then saw the old fart and then decided he was not her style and dragged him (what a wimp to let a young girl drage him to a station attendant, why did he not run off?? Japan is a really messed up place with slutty looking women tempting and torturing those old poor bastards.

    Cell phones are an annoyance. I have to constantly watch other drivers like never before because no one is paying attention to driving. People walk across the street talking on a cell phone and pay no attention to the traffic. I use mine for business and that is it. Kids use them to text each other because they are alienated from each other and don't want to speak. Kids use them to cheat in class. Predators use them to reach naive kids and rendevous with them and then they get into trouble. Cell phones don't belong in a classroom period.
