Japan would have real problems accepting unskilled Han refugees from Tibet. Maybe China should simply relocate them themselves, and show that no outside interference is necessary to bring justice to the people of Tibet.

More blind parroting of the united states. I think that the US model of patriotic education is wrong and disturbing, and should not be followed. There are plenty of examples of better functioning democratic countries that don't drum nationalist ideology into kids they way Americans do.
