I'm with 2020hindsight on that point. Hovering over your kids 24/7 is not the best way to raise them in my opinion. They need opportunities to learn how to look after themselves. As far as rock goes, the Yellow Monkey are right up there with my favorite bands of all time. They broke up just into the new millennium, but they have a great and pretty extensive back catalog. Most of their best songs weren't singles, and there are only a few of their songs I don't like.
