If you've ever been to Japan, you'll see that they vary as much as anyone else. All the Japanese women you notice with nice skin are MODELS. However there are some differences that may affect the look of their skin compared to whites with good skin.

First off, they rarely have to shave. They are often naturally hair-free on most of the body. This removes the irritated skin look that whites will often get. Also, Japanese have more color pigment in the skin. It's just a little, but enough to smooth out the colors. Whites often will have too little pigment and will start to blemish easily. It's not bad skin, just doesn't look as appealing sometimes.

There ARE whites who share the same characteristics though. Not all whites lack that much pigment or grow hair everywhere. It's all about genes.

    This story... is just weird.

And candy? Seriously? That's pretty old fashioned.

Wow! When I read that they dispatched 40 cars, 100 police and a copter for some thieves, I thought they finally found Lupin the 3rd or something!

I would love to see how much this 100 dollar thievery cost the country in taxes...

Maybe. Probably more like a lot of gutless thieves who wimp-out at the first sign of resistance by their potential victim.

You make that sound like a bad thing. You'd prefer thieves with guts that slash at their victims for resisting?

But, really, because she was honest and then yelled for help, does that make her courageous? Honest and smart, yeah, courageous, no not really.

What about OTHER PEOPLE? But no, we're not allowed to approach children, much less get them away from something lest we want to be branded as some sick person trying to take advantage of kids.

I blame the society and government. They don't allow safety from the public.

I really think a death penalty of being put to death the way you made your victim die would really be appropriate. I would love to see the fear on his face right before being jettisoned off the same bridge. I feel so sorry for the little girl. May she rest in peace.

Sure, and if he survives, let him go? Right... Lets make sure you never make it into politics...

Very sad, but why only the daughter if he was driving with 3 children? Whatever the case if he's guilty he should rot in jail the rest of his life before he gets to rot in hell for eternity.

Maybe she was "that" kid... the noisy one.

Also, it's not lawful to help someone during an attack in Japan. You could get in as much trouble as the assailant if you try.

    In America, that wouldn't fly.

I suppose this is one of the few good things Obama has said. Stop blaming America for everything while reaping all the benefits. It's easy to sit back and point fingers.

By the way, every one is always criticizing America for getting too much into everything. This is the time for them to take control of issues themselves! America said so first.

The quality of the latest Beatles releases is far superior to anything that can be downloaded.

Incorrect, there is no limit to the quality that can be downloaded.

What I don't understand is the under-skirt pictures. I can't find anything specially appealing about underwear. They look just like bikini swimsuits... go to the beach and they are all over! Heck, bikinis probably have even more exposure.

illsayit, I've been reeling them in with my dad since I was 3. It was always fun and I always enjoyed it. Nothing wrong with this picture.

However, in addition, I knew how to swim pretty well at 4. I really don't know what kind of situation they were both in to have drowned in a river. Were they wearing weights or something? I don't know any rivers that are strong enough to throw someone around (I am not talking about rapids or during flash floods... you don't fish in those).

Most likely the kid was just playing around. Suicide at that age is pretty over the top, but I supposed it's not impossible in that society.

What on earth were they doing calling the POLICE?! It's a freakin' medical emergency, not a crime.

Both will be involved no matter what. It is an incident and 119 is going to be the number for an incident. The police are probably even better at getting the medical personnel there anyways.

An interesting thing would be to have a frequency of sound that cannot be heard inside the car. Don't kill the benefit of the silence for the drivers just for the rare encounter with a blind person crossing the street.

The law has to start making punishments for the source of many of these problems, the girls. If they are let out scott free whenever they want to make an illegal buck, what's stopping them? That's like arresting a drug user and telling the drug seller to go away.

I love cats! I have one stray cat I've sort of adopted as an outdoor cat. There are maybe only one other cat in the area (I think mine is very territorial). But the cat is very friendly and welcomed part of the neighborhood.

But if someone thought it was a bother, I figure that cat would be able to survive on it's own (it eats rats and mice with no problem). Certainly wouldn't get mad at someone for it.

I am guessing they wanted to try out a new strategy that has been suggested for a while... If drugs are legalized, the crime surrounding them will fall. Mexico has a real problem with drug wars so I am quite curious how the turn out will be... Will it get worse or better?

People can criticize them all they want, but it's only the PEOPLE who are giving them the profits. Why would you criticize something and then eat it after? And if you don't eat it, why does it matter?

In any case, it's not that bad in moderation. Once in a while there is nothing wrong with indulgence. Be that calories or salt or sugar or whatever...

mnemosyne23 stated this very well. Slapping a 16 year old in the face doesn't teach him anything or motivate him to do better. The 16 year old is also old enough to know what is right and wrong. He gave in to his bad fleeting judgment. And he'll have to serve the time for it. I hope these kinds of situations can be resolved in the family instead of permanently distancing them for life.
