Thenewfront, some14some and ColAmerica: Great posts.
rjdsr: you really are stereotypical.
Betting: Totally understand what you are saying.
And sorry, I have been here 14 years. Was born here, grew up here, went to the states and got educated, and now I am here and married. The only time my inlaws talk politics is when the want to push SGI politicians. Other than that, none of my business owning friends talk politics, none of my drinking friends talk politics nor do any of my military friends, US and Japanese talk about it. They could give a rat's butt.

His son was 27. Pops was living with his son and the son's wife. Boy probably spread his wings long ago. He just probably reacted the way his dad did back in the day or pops did something like spent his son's life savings or what not. Without more details, this is up in the air.

They should put what time they are showing this. That way I can avoid it.

fukata- It is supposedly because she is writing her own music now and doing stuff that is against the norm. She wants to do her "own thing," which is good for Japan. But meh...I saw some song she did with Double called Black Diamond, she was hot, but damn...the song made me laugh so hard. It was so ridiculous. My wife likes it...but damn.

soldave- charkk1 was just responding to me to justify his purchase of a PS3.
chardk1- Understand your opinion and I have played all 3 systems. For me though there is nothing spectacular about blu-ray excepts its price. I do not care that I can see a strand of hair that is waving in the wind much clearer on a Blu-ray. Yeah, there is MG4 and some RPGs worth playing, but that is about it. It took the PS3 to get "homes" and then set up their trophy system just for other people to look at them.
Even with the PSP finally being able to hook up to the system, it will not change my mind. Just mod it with a Pandora's battery and you can DL just about whatever game you want...even from the DS to old school Nintendo.

Can't be helped. The old raised their young to run around without any real morals and the old cogs do not give a rats ***.

Not even gonna bother with it. Old one works fine and you can mod it anyway. No point in getting a new one even if they are finally gonna make it compatible with the PS3. PS3 barely has any good games anyway and most of the games you can get on the 360. Too bad most Japanese people have not tried the 360, they might like it.

TPOJ, just like everybody above me, great post.
Badtz Proper, you need to stop smoking that bud...your ideals are lacking.
Article is fine...doesn't say if Sakai is mixed or not. So does she feel shame for being part Japanese if she is? It is fine to be mixed and proud that you are mixed that you are part minority, but do not forget what society you are growing up in and not all whites and japanese are racist. All races have groups among them that wish to remain "pure".

They have "cops" here? No way...I thought those guys in uniform were street performers. They just stand there all day like Mimes but no moving...man, I feel dumb.

Just more wasted time on the tube. Gives me another reason to fire up my DVD player or 360. I got to finish that Prison break season three anyway.

I seriously doubt it was from her beauty, way better woman on air then her that are romping around. This is her second big time adulterous affair. One with a public official and the other with a kinda "big" name baseball player. I agree with Zonker that the times have changed. And she did not lose all her jobs cause she still on London Boots...at least for now.
