Who says they do not know? Did you see some small love marks on her neck when she got out that the makeup did not cover.(unless she was getting choked.) Also, did you see the manly mustache she had. She is well on her way to turn'n tricks.

So why exactly are you guys supporting her? Whether this article is blown out of proportion or not, she is definitely a me person (IMO) and could care less about her child's welfare. If she did use in front of her child, he has a very good chance of doing what his father and mother are doing and probably to a higher degree. If she was just a casual user, which none of us know, maybe it could be fine, but from the way it seems, husband was always gone with some loose women and she was left with the son. When did she have time to use? How many times was she high in front of her child? She deserves to get slammed as well as her husband. Only good thing the husband did was rat her out, now hopefully, most of the industry will be soon to follow.

What right do the parents have telling their child he cannot smoke? It is a free country right? I mean, they only brought him into this world, fed him, clothed him, housed him and took care of most of his bills, if not all. What right indeed?
All sarcasm aside, hope this manchild rots.

Sorry, dude was not just stealing food, he was stealing other goods and amenities also. He just did not want to pay. There has been a lot of theft lately and the people stealing do have the money on them, just do not want to pay. That is why supermarkets are hiring normal clothed security. If the dude was a bum, then I would understand, but doing this and corrupting a minor, he needs to do a little time.

What exact bright future do you see for her? She lost her supposed boyfriend and her father? No mention if the mother lives with them or not. Who is going to support her? Life just got a lot harder, where is the bright side for her?

Why would she do that? There is no money in it.

A little, sure I can agree with that. This bat is off her rocker. Hope we do not see a trend of this and some small cult that gets based off of her.

fishy-you are right. Just checked it and it was the woman who told the man to stop feeding the cats. Good on her, too bad she died because of it.
cleo-if you were asking, which is what I am assuming what you meant, anybody what they would rather do, I am sure procreating would be the choice of any person. Now if you ask people would you want animals to breed unadulterated so they could kill off other species and become pests or choice B and maybe choice C like Statistician did, I am sure more people would choose B. Why? Because they do not want to take responsibility for the animal, they do not want the animal in their house, they do not want to spend money and care for the animal like they should. It is cruel and mean, but if you keep letting them breed and let it get out of control, we are going to have to start culling cats and have someone else get shot in the neck by some old dude that has no idea how to handle a weapon. (yes that was a little extreme, but I am only following your example.)

@cleo- No it isn't. - your opinoin, your entitled to it.
Did you notice I put the quotes around sleep, most people know what that sleep means. I know they are gassed. Some shelters run for two weeks in Kanagawa, but I know the norm is 1 week, as you may have watched a documentary that showed extremes.

smithinjapan-good point, but I am going to have to back USNinJapan2 on this.
USNinJapan2-good stuff man. If people really want to help, take them in and get them neutered or have the local vet pick them up. You know what happens when they get picked up, but it is better than the animals breeding pests that need to be taken cared of later.
Those who feed strays are not doing anyone a favor. They ruin the ecology by feeding on animals that are normal prey for other predators. They also are braver than other predators as in they will go through your trash, garden and even brave enough to get inside your house to steal food. They will and have messed with little children who do not know the difference between domesticated animals and stray/feral animals. I do not even want to talk about how annoying it is when these animals are in heat.
If you really want to help, go to your local shelter and pick up a dog or cat there and take care of it. Take that stray animal to the shelter, they have at least two weeks of being taken cared of before they are put to "sleep". So help/rescue an animal that needs rescuing at a shelter.
