This type of stuff was news to me when it first started happening almost 2 decades ago. Now it is so common that I don't even flinch one bit when I read this stuff.

Have to agree with some posters here. Yahoo news is the absolute worse when it comes to racist comments. Even if a black person is in the news because he/she found the cure for cancer, you had best believe that someone will stink of the place with all sorts of racial BS.

The book of Eli was really good. Also looking forward to Iron Man 2, Clash of the Titans, and A-Team. Gotta love Liam Neeson.

OH sure. I believe people should have the right to say whatever they wanna say and that the government should enact no laws that hinder that right. However, do be prepared to deal with the consequences of some of the things that fly out of your mouth. Much more so if you have loose lips and a low will power. I tell you now, I will never try to take that right from someone, but I will punch someone square in the nose if they are just being down right disrespectful.

Oh I tell ya what actually does drive me nuts. The phrase "You only did this because I am (insert ethnicity here)". Makes me grind my teeth every time I hear it from any ethnic group.

Its Definitely the coca cola icon. I remember reading something about this not to long ago. Believe it or not, the second most recognized symbol on the planet is the Batman logo....I love it :)

Yeah, it is kinda like the South's dirty little secret. It provokes the same reaction as the kid who got caught with his hand in the cookie jar before dinner. I remember reading a book once that was about Louisiana oddly enough. It stated that every well off White man in the old days was pretty much expected to have a mistress, and that mistress was pretty much expected to be black or a mulatto.
Go figure though. I dont know whats worse; The fact that these people were turned away and probably made to feel like crap, or the fact that this guy honestly believes that what he is doing is the lesser of two evils.

The quote in this article that reads “Perhaps he’s worried the kids will grow up and be president” was the exact thing that crossed my mind when I first read this article. WTF? Are we in the 21st century or what? Didn't realize this was still the 1860s.

It turned into a race war because its America. Anytime a black someone does something to someone white and vice versa, regardless of the circumstances, it turns into a race war on popular forums and websites like youtube. This is basically what I was talking about earlier. This country has some serious social issues that are just eating away at it under the surface.
With all that said though, Kanye is still a friggin idiot. Most famous black celebrities have already come forth exclaiming their shock and disgust at this idiots lack of class and constant craving for attention. This guy needs to get gone fast.

God. Was that really necessary Kanye? Seriously? Not only did you behave like a total a-hole, but you have also given the closet racists another thing to rave about on their forums. What a way to help your people Kanye. Bravo....Chump!!

The Question hit the nail on the head. That type of stuff does work in small nations with small populations. The US, however is the third most populous nation on the planet. 300 million and growing rapidly. The US's entire system is gonna have to be completely torn down and built back up again to fit its needs.

Death of a Legend Indeed. When a few of my buddies were starting out playing the guitar, It was always the hardest choice picking between the Stratocaster and the Les Paul. This guy, like BB king, didnt let old age stop him from doing it up on his guitar. Its a shame that many my age dont know the name of such a legend.
