If we are to allow assisted suicide it must be under medical supervision. After all a vet puts a suffering animal down. The owner would potentially be accused of animal abuse! This is a decision ordinary people are not qualified to make.

It would take a considerable compressive force to strangle an adult male. Not normally the preferred method of murder by woman, unless she's something of an Amazon! So that leaves the possibility of a third party involved. Rip policeman.

I have driven both manual and auto transmission vehicles and have never experienced a problem of this sort. However I do know some drivers like to use both feet in auto trans cars why? Brake or gas right foot, right?

God I so hope this guy is proved innocent. Making a complete sham of our judicial system, Cops beat a confession, defence lawyers are a joke resulting in 99% conviction rate, Japan has one of the best crime detection rates in the world! Guilty until proved otherwise.
