    I think it's not anyone's fault. Only parents. Parents should know how to lookafter their children or atleast tell their children to be careful enough with vehicles specially people who live beside the roads. Police officer just drive on his duty.Simple advice is better than writing a book of report.child is alive. Let the police officer too have a peace of mind together with his family to continue his job with much love.

    Where was child's obachan? Only the mother's side obachan normally lives near to her daughter and grand children and make visitations everyday. OBACHAN,MOTHER,AND CHILDREN CAN MAKE A FAMILY IN JAPAN. Grand mothers need to pay more attention, if you know that your daughter can't do any house works.

    Make jails for seishinbio ( mentally sick) people.Without making hospitals and support every month with govt, money keep those people in jails until they copletely recover, before sending them back to the public to live with normals.No of suicide cases & crimes are increasing in japan.What will be the crime news of tomorrow? Why Govt. don't take fast actions regarding these problems. How many innocents are dying everyday? specially children. SAVE THE CHILDREN.

    Why japan don't have any respect towards Americans and it's law. Japan must send noriko back to america with her children.Because she broke the Govt rule of America. Japan has no rights to protect any criminals who kidnaped two kids from US.Fight for your kids America. We support you. I want to see my four kids from two mothers.GOD BLESS AMERICA.

    The person who wants to destroy his family, first he normally wants to know wether they are already dead. Then comes the next step of his suicide.How he died first while his wife make a call to the police. Why she is not in a serious condition.Murderer will recover soon killing two innocents.there are always these kind of cases in japan.They kill first and call the police and say somebody did that.Can the murderer escape from the law of japan making police stupids?

    I believe that not only foreign fathers, but also japanese fathers are waiting until the law changes to have a legal right to access to their lovely children. Mothers have to realize that children need both parents. How can mothers make children by themselves? Because of the bad economy in japan if the father cannot bring more than 50man per month, or if the mother found someone who can give everything she needs, or if the family members in japan don't like the foreign fathers still if mothers say that fathers abuse children, no matter how much children love the father. Eventhough if it is a lie japan courts believe the abusive mothers and give the children rights only to mothers. Mothers start to receive Govt. support as a single mom and to overcome the stress without a guy mothers keep on taking children to pachinko and sacrifice Govt money to pachinko. When nothing works well finally mothers kill their own children. Before thinking about japanese abusive mothers Japanese Govt please think about children who face the future of japan. If Single abusive mothers abuse these fatherless children you japan will have no enough rooms in prison to put these future criminals.
