sensei: I know. That drone song in multi lingual is crazy. I think maybe, that the tax rebate comes back when you are at the airport leaving and when you turn in the papers....not sure...does anyone have a clue?
Posted in: I hope that, influenced by the moves of convenience stores, more outlets of shopping streets in local areas will utilize the tax-free system.

3 hours will feel like three weeks.
Will this class be multilingual, because I am sure gaijin and high school girls will become common targets.
How about ticketing cars that never stop at stop signs?

Fake brand goods wear out fast and look terrible. Let people buy them if they want to. The Brand companies should get in on it too. They can make big money from those that have the cashm and make more money from those that can't but want to look like they got it.

I would love to see one airline step up to the plate and start charging for seats by the kilogram. It would be innovative and might increase profitability too.
I would allow for total weight which would include check in, carry on and duty free weight. System would be much more fair.

I wear fur, leather, aligator products and eat from all of the above too. I disagree with Peta. I just ate aligator for lunch in Florida. It is a custom, and they have no right to interfere.

The problem with Japanese for busy people is that you get bombed with so much vocab in each lesson that you cannot move on unless you do not care to memorize them all.
jisho.org is an excellent source for translations, plus, you can now use an iPad to sketch out chatacters or a wacom pad as I do for photoshop business on a laptop. They really beefed up the site. Check it out.

Wc: My professor friends although liberal, never preach to the students. They prefer to do things traditionally, like let them make their own decisions based on good research. They teach at American Universities, not Japanese ones.

You have to be born and raised American to understand the problem. Outsiders will never get it, and you cannot explain it to them.
<Matthew above hit it perfectly.

I usually get beautiful looking apples here for 100 yen a piece. Crispy, crunchy and no blemishes. Celery is a rip off though, so go to Costco for that. Other fruits fabulous. Plus everything is clean. I like that.
