What will change with Monchichi's passing?
Nothing, it will be same old same old.
People will starve to death and the leadership will live well from Chinese money.

Please if it did that then it would have to go after corporate corruption and that is something that Capitalist do not want to happen.
If folks started going after corruption then no one on the right would make any money.

Thank you for posting the link, I forgot how disgusting Korean protest can be.
Compared to this Japanese protest the Korean ones are barbaric.

I for one think that Korean dramas are very sappy and have a very simple story line, maybe that's why they are so popular.
If the people want to watch it then let them watch it.

Took long enough to end that silly law.
You have to be living in the dark ages and believe the myth that gays can not fight to support that law.
Gays men and women have been serving and dying in the military as long as there has been wars.

This is another silly example of just how silly ALL religions really are.
Each one has their own silly beliefs and all think the others are all wrong.
When in fact they are all the same.....
Silliness is just silliness.

In a perfect world, President Obama would make it a point to come to either site to make amends for prior mistakes our Country made.
But, as we all know this is not a prefect world. President Obama can not afford to make the trip because his enemies in America would use his trip as a sign of weakness and would go on Fox news and try to destroy him.
So he has to avoid coming to Japan and making amends for the errors of the Truman administration.....
But this will not stop the far right from trying to make an issue out of this date....

“And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.” But when the Almighty felt displeasure with the builders’ intent, “He confused their languages and scattered the people throughout the earth.” (Genesis 11)"
Please the belief that building anything as a symbol will collapse your economy is complete nonsense.
How silly some people are with superstitions and jinxes. What age are we living in, the dark ages?
Hay how about we all throw salt over our shoulders and run around in circles just to make sure nothing goes bad with Japan's economy.....LOL
I d love the Sky Tree, it is really a fantastic sight to behold. I can not wait for it to be completed!!!!! I want to be one of the first 1000 to go up.....
It is doing wonders for the Narihirabashi area economy. I have seen new shops opening up in the area......
