You ARE implying that the boy's actions had something to do with television. Television wasn't mentioned anywhere in the report, yet here you are rambling on about TV's effects on people. Why couldn't the kid just been so angry he kept kicking the other kid? Why couldn't he have mental issues prior to the incident that led to his aggression? For all you know, the kid may not even watch violent shows/movies, if any TV at all. Don't assume such random, belligerent nonsense.
