Nothing wrong with this; sat is the past participle of sit. 'The car was parked under a tree,' 'the fish was eaten with gusto' etc. All fine.

Women are looking for the best possible complimentary genes for their potential offspring, which means they're looking to have sex with a hunk and settle down with a nerd.
Men are just looking to disseminate their genes as efficiently as possible. Men with high quality DNA are likely to want a large number of sexual partners. Men with poor quality DNA will settle for whatever they can get.
Socialisation has diluted these basic urges, but they are still very prevalent.

Russia isn't a signatory and Japan is teeming with Russian hostesses. There must be a fair proportion of them who have married Japanese men, had kids, divorced and then returned home with the kids. I think the Japanese government hasn't signed because it just doesn't think people are important enough. I know loads of Japanese divorcees who never ever see their kids, even though they are living in the same town! Most of them (the men, anyway) don't even seem that upset about it. Perhaps inside they are dying, but superficially they all seem happy to be able to get out and go partying again.

I agree wholeheartedly, except the bit about Satan, who only exists in the human mind. It would be nice to have a list of the religions that have some aspects of truth, so we can separate them from the ones which are 100% fantasy.
