I doubt it - their arch rival is probably Warner Brothers or some other media giant - Apple and Sony only compete in computing and portable media. It's like describing Nokia as Sony's arch rival, because they both make phones.

It might be a good idea to just clear out all the old bureaucrats and replace them with new ones, but to have no bureaucrats would be terrible - then politicians would be free to implement their policies without any rhyme or reason.

My kids aren't half, they're double and if I choose to move and raise them in a third culture, they'll be triple. Definitely won't school them in Japan because, apart from the racism, the education system is so bad (I know it ranks highly in the world, but I wonder how much of that is down to self-assessment).
