Attempted to break in?
Firstly, he didn't break into a locked home. Secondly, he attempted nothing other than possible burglary.
Finally, it is a home intrusion.

As you wish to alienate us, may we then not pay taxes or pension etc. too? Keep your double standards.

I've been in Japan for 14 years and have a permanent residency visa.
I pay taxes, (company) health insurance and pension.
I have never broken the law.
I have lived in Japan longer than any Japanese child under 14 years old, and none of them pay taxes etc. I therefore contribute to society more than millions of Japanese people. They are not of voting age, but I do more for Japan than them.
I have no right to vote.
There are thousands, even millions of Japanese people who are pro-China or Korea, or even anti-Japan yet they may vote.
The number of foreign residents in Japan is less than ONE percent of the entire population of Japan.
Clearly the government FEAR us, and may well be racist, xenophobic and ethnocentric.
Why am I still here? I'm planning to leave, no more of this anti-foreign attitude for me, もういい。

I'm in total agreement with tokyodepth.
As a loyal customer with ANA for many years I have received very good rewards from them. Heck even Yodobashi Camera give great points in return. As a customer with Softbank for a few years, I have received pretty much nothing as reward, in fact, I will be charged fully (as if a brand new customer) if I wish to switch from my iPhone 3GS to the iPhone 4. I find this pretty much outrageous.
In six months or a year the iPhone 4 will be 0 yen. Therefore proving the model itself is of very little to no value, in fact the monthly usage/charges fees are far more profitable to Softbank. And so why can they not AT LEAST give it to the current iPhone users for free, or with say, a 50% discount? They do not want to. They want to milk the public, including their own loyal customers.
insert very rude language here

Blahdeblah.
Those who refuse foreigners even when financially stable, are simply racist. Face it, like we all know Japan hates admitting to fault.

My co-worker watched it Sunday & said the movie was absolutely awful. She said people were walking in & out, clearly not caring to miss scenes, and afterwards were all complaining about how it was way too long & too boring, and the main actors looking like drag-queens.
SatC is going to lose credibility for its quality TV series if they don't stop now.

Fourteen men between the ages of 16 and 45 have been arrested for breaking child pornography laws....
The men allegedly posted videos depicting sexual acts involving juveniles on their blogs and used their mobile phones to run an illegal child pornography website.
= Crimes against children.
Not sure what you mean: either sarcasm or you're in need of help with reading.

Another selfish fool.
These people KNOW the trouble caused and therefore deliberately choose to do so.

Well, he is 90 years old. Give him the death penalty?
As much as I think the holocaust IS appalling, this man is so old he probably doesn't even remember the day before yesterday let alone 60 years ago.
How do you punish a person who is almost dead anyway...?
