I saw a jr. high school girl with a t-shirt that said "F * CK Me" on the back.

But in Japan, that's a legal advertisement, me thinks.

Nope, if someone I cared about was murdered, I still would NOT support the death penalty

You can't say that because it has never happened to you. So how do you know how you would feel if your child, or whatever, was murdered?

Talk about barbarism. It is barbaric to feel empathly for the killer, instead of sympathy for the victim(s).

I think he meant killing the baby, then raping and killing the wife. Maybe not though. Unclear of the true order of events. Though, it really matters not.

A minor who did this kind of crime cannot be taken as under age person.

ESPECIALLY when he was so close to the legal age. Not like he was 12 at the time. And who is to say that the legal age should be binding for all? Such a wide range of maturity in mid to late teens. Not that "immaturity" is even closed to an excuse for such a crime as this.

It"S ME For the People that say they would kill the person.

I guess we would read about it in the news "Like Murderer was shot to death in court by surviving family member"(seen that or similar one often enough).

What the normally don't report is that the family-member themselves just committed "pre-meditated Murder 1" in front of witnesses & legal officials and thus is automatically found guilty and usually ends up with life-sentence or in the execution chamber himself. In short the Family Member has become the same low-life as the person he killed.

How can you even compare the two? The original offending "low-life's" actions were unprevoked. He took TWO innocent victims' lives for his own selfish pleasures - and wrecked the lives of the loved ones. In the case of vengence on him, this is a totally provoked action - done to a GUILTY person.

Again, how can you even compare?

    Think about that.

Samantha you make a really excellent point there. At what point does the perpetrator become the victim? It's such a hard one to answer isn't it?

Sorry Nicky - though I am not the one who gave you "thumbs down", I must abstain from giving you a "thumbs up" - because I disagree. Once you are a perpetrator to the extent he was - strangling a helpless 11 month old after raping and murdering the mother - I mean, seriously? - you don't get the right to be a "victim".

Even IF it is honestly true about his childhood (and this could have been EASILY made up or embelished for defense reasons), that does not create a savage murderer - nor does it condone the actions. He was beat as a child and his mom killed herself. Tough indeed. But there was no eveidence presented that he was sexually molested and brainwashed into thinking rape and murder are "ok".

The decisions led Motomura to tell media that he would wait for Otsuki’s release and kill him.

nothing but hatred and strong feeling of revenge and unfortunately top court has accepted it.

And thank GOD they did! This trash deserves to be "put out" - either through justice or revenge. If I were the husband/father of the victims, I couldn't help to be a little disappointed by being robbed of the opportunity to be the one who takes away his last, worthless breath.

It was a stupid lawsuit, yes. But at least she wasn't given an ungodly amount of money - effectively making her a millionaire - for doing absolutely nothing but bitching.

Poor guy. Very few young J-guys actually have hint of a backbone. All he probably had to do was give an ounce of resistance, and I'm sure the lowlife punks would've turned tail and run.

If I'm ever attacked - by one or by many - win or lose, by GOD they'll wish to $%&# they would've just kept walking.

"For some time now California-based Apple has been letting iPod Nano owners turn the small, square devices into Internet-connected watches complete with wrist straps."

I just love this phrasing.... I'm on my knees, with my face kissing the ground, saying: "Oh thank you Apple, for in your Greatness you are allowing me the use a product I bought from you the way I want, thank you, thank you, thank you"...

AND I AM SURE YOU ARE CERTAINLY WELCOME.

Well, the baby would look like any other baby, except for the face being partially obscured by metal bars.

    How moronic.

"No one deserves the death penalty, it's just murder by the state"

That' just YOUR opinion - it doesn't make it a fact.

In my opinion, child rapists/murders deserve to be tortured slowly until they die. That, unfortunately is not possible, so the death penalty is the next best thing.

This guy murdered multiple people for greed. He might not be next in line on my list of those who deserve to die, but he is close to the top.
