I actually liked the speech about being a POW and his thoughts and actions throughout that horrible 5 year ordeal. When he says he loves America and will fight for America, I believe him. It is very genuine. Especially when he coulds have been released from Hanoi within 2 years had he given US information. He can't even raise his arms above his shoulders because of the injuries of torture. Someone that feels that way about being an American and will endure such horrors for their country; you better believe I will vote for him.

I think the school should have the teachers give a short lecture to each of their classes about bike safety and respect/manners towards pedestrians. I think the only thing the lady could have done is go to the school and report it. At this point if I were an administrator at the school I would have assured her that this would be communicated to the kids. It sounds like they did nothing of the sort and made her feel like it was unimportant. Like car accidents, bikes can be just as dangerous.

Well if you didn't have rules regarding cell phone usage you would have everyone and their mother speaking on those things all over the train; basically talking nonsense. Could you imagine how loud that would get, like before rules were established at movie theaters. It used to drive me crazy all these teenagers allowing their phones to ring out of control and talking while the movie was going. I think rules are good if they make good sense like the cell phone usage. Laughter is okay I think as long as it doesn't get so out of control which can happen. Everyone is in such cramped spaces on a train so I think rules are extremely pertinent in such cases.

Okay, I'm going to say it; Saitama again????? Wow, how mnay days now. Perhaps there's a certain type of person that happens to move there. How very sad. I bet she was a cute little kid. I can't imagine taking anger that far as to kill a child especially the repeated kicking as the child lay there helpless and in pain. You would think that if she lost her temper that after the first kick that in itself would have woken her up from that trance of anger. Still inexcuasble.

Btw; democrats are always the ones who scrutinize first and when it is thrown in their face or someone fights back automatically they can't take it. They hold the RNC to higher standards only because most conservatives are religious and not openly open to everything thing like the liberals of the DNC who do not hold themselves to higher standards so when they royally mess up it is expected. Sorry but it shouldn't matter, if your going to criticize then you must look at your own back yard as well and not make excuses.

I thought the speech was great and it is only those people who fail to see her as both a mother and politician can make arguments on both ends that she is not a good mother and on the other she is too motherly; give me a break. Hogwash, supervision doesn't always spawn perfect kids or adults; they will make their own decisions and mistakes. This has nothign to do with her lack of supervision.

Here's a hospital's lack of patient supervision. I've worked in a hospital in the US and worked night shifts, this woudl never have happened. Nurses are always alert to what's going on and noise is not tolerated. Sometimes in ICU when you get coma patients that are that way due to trauma you may hear them come in and out and when they do they scream-reliving the trauma but thats about it.

Sorry to say but from an American's point of view the Democrats are spouting far more hateful stabs at the RNC, but this has always been. They are very liberal and much of the entertainment world is part of the DNC so it is not wonder that there is little diplomatic talk and more whining and inappropriate attacks which has always been. The RNC this time has played it quite cool only pointing out the racial associations the DNC candidate has and his qualifications to be president. Now with the vice president candidate for the RNC being announced the DNC feel there is hypocracy here as far as her qualifications and attacking her family but the difference here is that she is going into a position of vice president, basically president in training and Obama is going into the actual president position, no training. Very different circumstances here. Also, when Obama's wife was attacked it was legitiment since she made unAmerican comments and should have know it would be played for the nation, this is not the case for Palin. I used to be a Democrat until I got tired of their tactics. I found I did not want to be part of a party that acted in such ways and actors/actresses that align themselves with the DNC make me sick. They are elite people who think that they know exactly what the nation needs yet they are not part of the middle class and have no clue what really happens when laws are passed to tax, they barely get hurt where as the middle class get's hit the most. That is only one thing. This is the worst Congress to date and it is majority DNC, nothing much has been accomplished. I would say the DNC wants the presidency so bad due to them losing it the past 2 elections that they are doing whatever it takes to win it and they have the majority of the media on their side so it makes it easier for them.

There are probably many that will never be found out. There needs to be more laws to give women or male victims of rape reason to report them. So far many do not, which is sad to say being that more people become victims until the perv is caught.

The whole Obama campaign has turned out to be a complete facade in my opinion. He is the one running for president and says what goes in his campaign and to begin it all as he is some kind of perfect candidate makes me not believe anything he says. Watch he will tax the heck out of the middle class is what most Democrats do anyway. The ones that are carrying the weight of the country by like 96%.
As far as Michelle is concerned I cannot listen to her talk. And Oh! nothing has changed from her comment a while back with regards to liking her country (or not. The difference now is that she is following the Obama adivisors that told her after that comment that she cannot say things like that. Her response was " You should have told me this before." She now has changed her tune based on that but not because she actually means it. What does this say about her...
