Wow, for once a Cop is actually doing his job and "taking notes" i.e. pictures of the scene and possibly people standing around that 'might' have seen something (like how the fire started) and he gets clocked.
Wonder if the idiot who punched the cop was the one who started the fire or knows who started it and doesn't want witnesses. Not that it was a on purposely set fire... Smells a little Yakky to me.

It's always a great idea to fix a problem after the problem has gotten out of hand, no? Why not also try to curb the ongoing cycle as well by cracking down on these little 'lolitas' that dress up like sailor moon magna hotties and then wonder what the fuss is all about when some prev stares at them, snaps an 'up skirt' photo or grabs a 'cheek'. Crack down on the underage porn as well. I do like the idea of undercover cops catching the prevs in the act but I think that posting their photos when convicted would be an even better punishment because of the family shame and shame in the neighbourhood would be a great way to stem those urges.

Well there's abuse and then there's stick-n-twisted abuse that doesn't need any study but action NOW. On the other hand I can also see over reactions like in North America and the some parts of Europe where a WELL deserved spanking lands that parent in jail. Hey, remember before the PC this and PC that, children knew their place. Now, children in NA will just taunt you and say "what are you gonna do"? So kids today get away with murder because it's not PC to punish a child when it really deserves it. Then again, some people should just not be parents. Now, don't go getting all Dr. Spock on me and tell me what's right and wrong.

this is what wrestlers would look like in a ZERO G enviroment with an inner ear infection causing their timing and what little balance they would have left. On the other hand maybe both are on drugs.
No, no, they're break dancing!!!

Mirrors make far more sense than blue light because what good is blue LED lighting during the day. It makes me laugh everytime someone thinks that religion can solve everything. Sure, I guess if you bend something that is lie only to control the weak minded sheep then you have an argument for religion to save the sheep from walking in front of a train.
Moderator: Readers, religion is not relevant to this discussion. Please focus your comments on JR's measures to stem the number of suicides at stations.

The law in my home province states any minor not buckled up will be fined at the driver's expense but those that are not minors face the fine themsleves because they should have known better. That law makes even more sense!!! Mind you I won't have someone sitting in my car that's not belted in because the last thing you need is somebody flying around while you're trying to avoid something like another car during hard braking and steering.

Dumb as all hell to snap away at these girls but if it's on display you might as well stare a hole through whatever's hot. No, really! Who the hell says that it's okay for those little tramps to dress up like that? Why not ticket and tow their little whoring tart arses into court and say that they are part of the problem. If I drive a hot car I would expect to be stared at. I ride my bike in tight shorts (I don't so don't get excited) and I was to have 'things' bulging ready to bust loose I would expect to get stared at. But the big difference is the age and I'd get a ticket for 'package flaunting' for sure but why not the young tarts?

Tipping is like giving a 'treat' to a dog that does a trick or a banana to chimp that gets the answer right. In Canada and the U.S. the farking 'tards' behind the counter at any Starbucks expect some kind of tip and place their VERY noticeable "TIP" jar in front of you on the counter. Why must we tip at Starbucks and not at Mc Donalds when they bring your meal to your table because it was a 'special grill' order (i.e. 1/4 with cheese but no pickles, mustard or ketchup)?
Tipping turns me off and when I'm in countries where tipping is EXPECTED I just try to avoid the whole mess but either not using those services or only picking those that are so good that it's worth the hassle of judging what to pay the little 'preformer'.

I'd be more worried that a 43 year old looks like that... well at least he's not the typical fatty 43 year old but still this guy looks like he gave up a while ago. I mean I hang [shop] around Akiba but I sure as hell don't go "CHO DORKO" and play the role. I mean really, who throws a shoe?

At night however I scare a lot of taxi drivers because my lights front and back look flash bright white and red which really looks like a cop car. Whole point being I don't get hit. Oddly at night I NEVER get stopped by the keystone cops when I'm on the road. Funny thing that is...

Good luck with the keystone cops that run out into traffic to stop you and make you ride on the sidewalk. I'm whipping along at 30~40kms/h and they want me off the road. Sure... NOT!

Um, for the States at least, trains are not a big part of the transportation infrastructure. The only part of the country where inter-city trains can make a profit (and where the distances are not that large) is the Northeast Corrider (Boston to DC). Simply, there isn't enough demand for trains themselves, let alone companies that make trains. We're keeping enough transportation company dinosaurs on life support, no need to add train companies into the mix."
Grab a clue would you please! The NE of the U.S. is a prime area to have high speed rail (240Km/h+) and get rid of air travel but most think like you so they have dinosaur transportation to deal with.
The issue is with making the rails NEVER being crossed with retards driving anything across them. You know what happens when someone just can't wait for the train...

could have been hail...
this almost sounds like a normal night in any big city in North America. About 20 years ago my car was one of over 60 cars that had their window(s) shot out one night by some kids with a pellet gun. They caught the punks but since they were minors there was not much done and I still had to pay the deductable to get the glass changed. Buggers!!!

You all have it wrong.
First, the guy on the far left of bench in the dark yellow shirt is doing his best De Niro look and getting it almost bang on.
Second, these guys look so glum because they are most likely waiting for something that they just found out isn't going to happen. BEEN THERE, DONE THAT and I must say I did the De Niro face too.
Third, those who don't shoot as a serious hobby or pro really have no idea what's going on.
Finally, photogs don't really care what you think of how they look afterall they're the ones holding the camera. :P
Maybe you should look in a mirror and worry about that! ;)

Everyone stay at least 2kms away for your homes. Stats prove more people die close to home or at home then anywhere else. Staying with the mistress is not a good idea unless it's not her home. Quick, buy shares in Hotels, Love Hotels, etc. as everyone will avoid public gatherings to avoid the Pig Flu and stay away from home to reduce further losses.

Geez Louise does this picture not give Aso a sleazy perverted look and where he's pointing to doesn't help either. Doko?... Nani?!?
I mean look at the poor bobble head's expression, she looks almost embarrassed to be in that situation and is using her arms to shield herself from the wandering hands. Prease to remove me from this hazukashi momento right away.
Has Aso been into the sake before noon?
