    Just be a little smarter with the ODA's. NO need to give it to countries who don't reciprocate its appreciation, or in tur, use it as their ODA's to other countries while still stating that they are a "developing country".

    Nope. American and United charge $5 for beers or small bottle of liquor in Economy class. When you fly First or Business, in which case, then it's complementary.
