Getting close to the fishing vessel and accidentally hitting it was probably an accident. If it wanted to deliberatly sink it, there are many more efficient (and less risky) ways to do it.

This baggage fgee doesn't really affecy everyone yet. For example, most premium milage members (Gold, Platinum, Premier, etc.) do not have to pay. Same with American Airlines.
