Duh! P*ss off half the Muslim world, and they send you Christmas cards? OF COURSE they'll come back to bite you in the rear. Americans would do likewise, and be hailed as heroes. So too the Yemenis. REALLY hard to take, isn't it? Go Home!

Course he did. All men and women are not equal. Just American men and women.

If he had been a US service wo/man who had infiltrated an enemy occupying base, the word used would be "hero". Parades, medals and flag draped casket. That's what he was to the Afghanis. Hard to take, isn't it? Go home!

Well, depression is one of the number one killers/suicide causes in Finland. Lack of winter light. Add loneliness, a touch of alcohol and freezing temperatures, and I wonder how long it would take even well balanced people to go off track? Guns are the irrelevant item here. Japan has more attacks like this with kitchen knives. (Check the stats before you knee-jerk and fire back, please!)

Well, Mr. O has just declared war on Yemen. He should read this first: http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article24292.htm It's entitled, "Threats to Yemen Prove America Hasn't Learned the Lesson of History." Fairly accurate I thought. Probably applies to geography too.

If he thought Iraq & Af-Pak was bad, he ain't seen nuthin' yet!

“We are at war and when President Obama pretends we aren’t, it makes us less safe,” Cheney said. “Why doesn’t he want to admit we’re at war? It doesn’t fit with the view of the world he brought with him to the Oval Office. It doesn’t fit with what seems to be the goal of his presidency—social transformation—the restructuring of American society.”

That's right, Dickster. From the mouth of the greatest war criminals since George W. Bush and Ehud Olmert.

Firstly, he's not MY president. Secondly, so far anyhow, his administration has proven to be worse than Bush's. Bush was dumber than a bag of hammers. Obama's staff are deliberately and knowingly deconstructing the Constitution and the established social order, with nefarious intent. I'm a big fan of Jefferson, trade with all and entangling alliances with none.

Obama vows to use every element of power to thwart terrorists.

Suggestions for you Mr. O: (1) Stop messing with other peoples' countries. (2) Stop drone raids which kill innocents. (3) Stop the expansion of empire; take your troops home. Stay there. (4) Pay your bills and have America live within its means. (5) Apply the law to everyone. "All men are born equal" means just that. A L L. And, (6) for now anyhow. Withdraw all support for your fictitious friends in Israel. Look where they've got you down to now: A chump!

Even doing just (1) or (6) above and you'll be reducing terror threats to US interests almost instantaneously. Happy New Year Mr. O!

“Given the fact that police did not use firearms, this incident looks completely suspicious and the case is under investigation,” Radan said. Reporters from foreign media organizations were barred from covering the demonstrations on Tehran’s central Enghelab Street, or Revolution Street. Video footage circulating on the Web could also not be authenticated.

Given the above statements, that the police were not using firearms, and that the video circulating cannot be verified, it is probably wise to assume that we are being fed a line, by the usual suspects, you know: WMD, Mushroom Clouds, 45 minutes to Armageddon etc. etc. Typical Tel Aviv & Langley "Booga Booga!" And even if both were true, it is a domestic issue, none of our business.. It's the Iranians' problem. Let the Iranians sort it out their own way. Look how well Eye-Rak was liberated!

"The plane’s chief pilot insisted in an interview published Friday that the aircraft’s final destination was Kiev, Ukraine, though arms trafficking experts published a report last week saying it was bound for Iran. Thai authorities have said there is no evidence to support that assertion."

Desperation on the cusp of madness to slouch ever closer to a war with Iran, based as usual, on a pack of lies.

Profiling El Al style would have prevented him from getting on board with his explosives, but don´t expect that common sense in the US or Europe.

That would be giving up liberty for supposed security, and then we'd deserve neither, to paraphrase Ben Franklin. You think Israeli Airlines are that secure? Paranoid maybe, but secure? No more or less than any when it comes to this kind of thing. You're also confusing democracy in Europe with what passes for democracy in both the US and Israel.

Short of flying naked, more effective security checks are obviously needed. Amsterdam, apparently, had the latest of full-sized x-ray machines, but they missed whatever this loonie was carrying. That is where things fell apart. Let's not condemn the entire planet to USDHS norms because of a machine failure. Especially when the whole thing was a non-event.

Let me offer the writings on this topic by Jewish writer Gilad Atzmon:

"For the last three decades Auschwitz has been operating as a tourist resort. It has its Holiday Tourist Guide, ‘near by’ hotels, Hot Dog stand, recommended restaurants and so on. Considering Auschwitz has achieved the status of a successful tourist attraction, I would regard the theft of the entrance monument as a major opportunity. I suggest the current staff at Auschwitz prepare for a mass of tourists to come. I propose creating many more gate facilities decorated with entrance monuments. In the spirit of multiculturalism and global markets, each entrance can be accompanied by a real McDonalds for the American crowd, a genuine pub for the Brits, an authentic Nandos for chicken lovers and Maoz Falafel for the Israeli youngsters who are sent year after year to brew in Jewish suffering just before they join the IDF. It is in Auschwitz where young Israelis fuel themselves with enough hatred so they can punish the Palestinians for crimes committed by Europeans."

Hardly the voice of an anti-semitic, is it? After all, the original Semites are the Palestinians! It begs the obvious question.

Folks, the US Government isn't even being clever here.

Iran denies grabbing an oil well.

Irag denies that Iran grabbed an oil well.

Iran is way too smart to risk war over a single oil well when Iran already has more oil than it can refine.

This is Iraq's "Yellow cake" all over again.

It looks like the US is planning to start the invasion of Iran from inside Iraq, a new Iran/Iraq war, built on a fiction of a stolen oil well.

I wonder what will the pro-war jingo be,

    "Remember the oil derrick!"

    "Better tan than Iran."

    "Oil profits or death!"

On a more serious note, a US invasion of Iran will kick off WW3. We will all find ourselves in the crossfire of a war with Russia and China, and they really DO have nuclear weapons and the delivery systems to use them.

If nothing else, this action by the Iranians appears to suggest a system that is slowly unraveling.

That quote, like the vacant stream of unconsciousness in the form of questions would seem to indicate zero knowledge of the topic at hand. Far from unraveling the country is slowly closing ranks against oppressors from outside. Stomp on the tiger's tail, I dare you!
