The two adults deserve to be fired. ATCs are crucial for the safety of planes landing and taking-off. There are so many examples of small mistakes that cost the lives of hundreds of passengers. Canary Islands' accident in the 1970's is just one. In Japan we had the two JAL Boeings near-collision situation in 2007, due to ATCs mistake. That's why it's one of the jobs that really should be handled by the military instead of civilians.

This question is contradictory: since when there are countries in the online world?

I loved him in The Usual Suspects. In Wolfman he is perfect.

Comparing him to Brad Pitt is not fair: he's hotter than Brad, I guess I love Latinos.

Legalizing and taxing MJ won't make any difference. The real problem is cocaine and more recently crack. Countries that produce and export cocaine, such as Mexico, should be treated as the real enemies and be threatened with war. How many innocent US citizens have died due to violence generated by traffic and use of cocaine? I bet this number is larger than the casualties in Afg and Iraq.

I heard the 900 times thing on TV. I don't know how the scale works, but an expert was telling that it actually was that powerful. However, the depth and the way the ground shakes - up or down or to the sides, or a combination of them - makes the huge difference, even if in the scale the numbers are close. PS. I may be corrected on this.

It's a pity that hockey, like rugby and baseball, is so local.

It was 900 times more powerful than the one in Haiti. It was the 5th strongest in history.

“because they have always liked my movies when no on else did.”

was his intention to praise Japanese taste? It sounded quite the contrary, haha.

Well, Cleo, I am tired of explaining small details to you. Because your next post you will find another small detail of the previous detail to validate your point of view. It's tiresome, you know? Yes, indeed, an improvement in English would be good. However, once I read (was it French ballerina Isabelle Duncan?) that the charm of speaking somebody else's language is in the mistakes. Isn't that so true? Plus, my English is enough to do whatever I want, and I am never misunderstood. As for tattoos, if you have such a modern frame of mind, then you should not joke about writing a name in reverse, so one could remember his own name...

Oh I have to draw my thoughts, so you can understand them...I can speak Japanese to some degree, frankly I could be more fluent. What I meant then is that I decided to stop studying it some point down the road. If you love it Cleo, good for you. Not good for me. Accept it.

As for the tattoo thing, I guess you are too old to know what's going on in the tattoo world these days. I am not against kanas, it's just that any tatooer will advice you the same way I advice my friends: don't to kanas, they're past. It's a matter of what's in and what's out. And don't criticize people who want to have a tattoo, we're in 2010!

I never said that timeborder. You should read more newspapers about sports. Let's take a very popular sports on TV as an example. Did you know that despite being treated as heroes, despite all sponsors, neither National Teams have won a single medla the last 20 years? The reason: while athletes imported from Europe and Americas spend hours working out to harden muscles they will need to attrack and jump higher, Japanese coaches keep training rolling on the floor? They haven't done good in Vancouver due to the lack of a more specific training, which should include hard work out. That's why I said they are too small, too delicate. The difference of the number of medals among Europe, US, China to Japan is all about training.

Not at all, if you want your name tattoed - have it in Thai or Arabic alphabets.

Not at all, Cleo, I can speak 4 languages fluently. Learned the hard way two of them. But Japanese is really a waste of time. It's been almost one year since I left Japan, have been to US, UK and Brazil, have used all 4 languages to communicate. Except Japanese. So you see, all those hours studying, and nowhere to use it.

I assess it as small. The same problem with the Summer Olympic Games: Japanese are too small, too small, too delicate. No place for them among giants who can are faster, taller and stronger.

Good point yabits, I was joking about the punch thing. Anyway I would never want to understand Japanese. To me, it's a waste of time. Once I left Japan for once, I discovered the only useful thing about Japanese language are the kanas, people keep asking me to write their names in kanas - and I update them telling that if they want to have your name in kana tattoed is now past, it's tacky.

why buying a book that teaches you how to fight? A well landed punch will do the same job, for free.

IOC has no moral authority to speak about fairness. My opinion is that Plushenko was the real athlete while Lysacek was dancing ballet on ince.
