This article misses some important, and pivotal, points which my Brazilian boyfriend told me:
So, not an easy task for Sean's father. My boyfriend tells me that all his friends and everybody he knows think that Sean should return to US, to his father. As you can see, it's only one man's decision that has created so much suffering for him and his father.

It's time for Blatter to retire. He's mentally old and his ideals are not shared by soccer fans.

@johnbecker: you're right. I meant 11 kilometers, or 11,000 meters, instead of 11,000 km.

You're right. There's increasing interest in Chinese recently. I can't say for sure, but I think that Japanese would learn Chinese much faster than English. Plus, Chinese see Japan as the ultimate tourist destination, due to historic reasons. And they spend a lot, as JT reported recently. As for other languages, I think it's impossible. Japanese study for years and can't speak English...let alone German, French, Spanish...
BTW, this hot topic is one year old?

Yes, composite materials have unknown results under real pressure, as when flying at 11,000 km. Test pilots must have the most dreadful job in the world.
Airbus and Boeing are doing a great job with more eco-friendly engines. My dream is flying in A380.

Yes Sabiwabi, computers are crap things that can't do anything right! So, please stop using yours, haha. I doubt you can stay more than 2 hours away from it.
What I saw on TV is that the center of Antartic is indeed getting cooler, on the other hand its outer borders are melting away.
Anyway, I am curious about this article to be published by the BAS. Either computers are wrong or British scientists are truly geniuses.

@ S7: ok, it's not perfect, mainly near the huge metropolis. However, if you leave the big cities and head for the countryside, there's still an exuberant nature there. Try Nagano, for instance.

errr...are you ok?
Anyway, I would recommend mountain trails, they're great. Japanese respect, and conservation, for nature is an example.

It's not 80's at all. It's just a salad, typically Japanese.
And the 80's were sooo goood. I wish they could come back.

I doubt it will work in the Japanese market. Europeans are used to a very small cup of espresso, 1/10 or less of what starbucks serves. You don't see people there walking with huge cups of coffee, as you see in US - and in Japan, due to Starbucks generous serves. Plus, I can't see Japanese having a small espresso and having small talk, like Europeans do.

This article is at least wrong. Russia did launch a missile that failed on its second stage. There was this light that was seen over Northern Norway. But an official statement explaining what really was the cause of the light has not been issued yet. So, to me, this sort of article is not jornalistic at all, it's called assumption.

haha. 8,800 if you fly on the wings of the plane. I just have this sort of deceiving ads. You lose your time filling in all the fields only to discover in the last one that the real price is 4, 5 times what they advertise.
