Staying strictly on topic, and all policy issues to the side, Shirakawa looks remarkably serene, given the large number of mics and cameras aimed at him. The angle is interesting, but the backdrop could be better.

Even if it is a victimless crime (not likely, given that much of cocaine comes through Mexico connections), the sad part is the waste of print-space, given so many other significant matters that need more serious attention.
