This is a half-baked theory. They mention a bunch of different supplements, but have no linking cause or reasons. Is it the supplements, or the filler ingredients? Releasing this information at this stage has no meaning.

The main thing I know about this guy is that he is extremely highly respected among his peers, as well, of course, as by his customers. he's considered an innovator and, simply, an excellent chef. He closed down his hugely successful restaurant to focus on study and research, so he's not in it for the big bucks. Nobody would say that kaiseki ryouri, with its many courses, is guzzling, any more than one of Adria's feasts is. How is getting people to sit, relax and properly appreciate each flavourful morsel they put in their mouth, encouraging obesity?

I enjoyed reading this. Whether or not you agree with the author (and I do as far as accepting that the Master is the master of his bar, the king of his castle) it was well-written. Cheers!

Whatever the Japanese govt. says now has to be questioned and doubted. They lied before, they'll keep on lying. Do what you have to to reassure yourself of your safety.

This is a good idea, not only because quite a few companies, I've found, do NOT deliver to Japan; and those that do, charge a bucket load of money. I'll be interested to see how this company compares for delivery charges.

Just like Thatcher's Community Care in the 90s, in the UK. Absolutely a bad idea.

Love Love LOVE this guy, he has made some superb, beautiful films, all highly recommended. I look forward to seeing this new one too. He started as a documentary-maker, I wish I could see some of those too.

Good for her! Don't sit at my table and bitch about the smoke; just shun me - as a smoker, I approve of this!
Posted in: I walked around with a sign that said ‘no smoking at my table’ to every meeting I attended. Then many lawmakers who didn’t enjoy the smoke began sitting near me. That’s how this started.

paulinusa: sometimes quality must win out over quantity. A Jumbo G&T at the Hub for 240yen is great for regular nights when you drag your bedraggled ass in after work. But sometimes a 1500yen Polar Star or G&K is worth putting on some slap and heels for.

Is it a good thing? Only if you want to be connected / reachable, and if the connection / contact is optional. It is still possible to live with out these devices - the day it stops being the case is the day we should run screaming to the caves!
