That's like setting up a shop at the beach and charging $15 for a plastic bag of sand, and rationalizing it by saying, “I think this will show that people are willing to pay for high-quality sand.”

Great question, one I was wondering as well, and nicely presented by JapanToday in a way that lets everyone participate, but gives relatively accurate results.
OK, so as of now with 590 respondents living in or having lived in Tokyo, 182 or 30% say they have either already left or are leaving as soon as possible. Terrie Lloyd reported last night that 30% of his staff, both Japanese and foreign had left Tokyo as well.

Elite runners were allowed to prepare in a separate location, and were allowed to get at the front of the line shortly after the wheelchairs racers departed, about 10 minutes before the start of the marathon. It looked like there were about 80 elite runners, both men and women. The starting line for the elite runners was only 2 or 3 people deep.

The question is vague. Is this question asking what is the law, or what should the law be?
Apparently there is no law preventing him from writing the book. The constitution guarantees him the right to free speech. Based on the law, yes, he should be allowed to write the book.
Should there be a law preventing people from profiting financially by writing about the crimes they commit? Yes, I think there should be.

There are so many intriguing things about the history of USJ: rumors of bitter name calling during managerial meetings, the difficulty of Osaka public officials in adapting to managing a for-profit theme park, minor scandals involving mis-connected drinking water pipes and the overuse of fireworks, Japanese managers bowing apologetically to visitors while amused foreign managers took pictures, as well as the death of a visitor to the competing Expoland, contributing to its eventual closure.
There is enough here for a chapter of an international management textbook. Vernon McGugan has been around since 2 years before the gate opened and could have likely provided confirmation and detailed insight. Unfortunately, none of these issues were addressed. A missed opportunity.

Zero, possibly because U.S. citizens were well-armed.
The First U.S. Congress believed strongly in this justification for granting its citizens the right to own and bear firearms in the 2nd amendment.
Those who oppose gun ownership in the U.S. might prevail with a repeal of the 2nd amendment if they address how this risk of tyranny no longer exists.

Social Network - Good movie. It felt like a two hour episode of "The West Wing" but obviously the subject matter was different. Aaron Sorkin fans will be pleased. I laughed out loud 3 or 4 times.
Golden Globes - Check Ricky Gervais hosting last year vs. this year on youtube.com. If you want to insult members of your audience, it helps to begin with a hearty helping of self-deprecation. He had that last year, and he was a big hit. This year, he did not include it, and looked vindictive and slightly angry.

There is no such right in Japan. So if this poorly defined question applies to Japan, I would vote no.
The U.S. Constitution supports the right of citizens to own and bear firearms. I support the Constitution. So if this poorly defined question applies to the U.S., I would vote yes.

I don't like it. Using only one color looks cheap. Changing the background color of the mermaid makes the brand less recognizable. The CEO's vision of a new logo being a metaphor for company transformation could have been realized by simply removing the word COFFEE from the current logo.
