Well, I've decided who I'm siding with when the divorce comes through. Gets his woman to do 100 shirts. Good job man!

I agree borsht, but I am interested in knowing just how aware she is of what she was born into. I truly can't imagine what it would be like. I suppose that is one thing she has in common with Kim Jong's kids. It would be a very strange reality. I hope she smiles long and often.

At least the title is more accurate in the J-version. I hate that a kung-fu movie gets named The Karate Kid. How stupid do they think people are?

These people who think the home entertainment system will evolve enough to ruin theatres have totally forgotten what dating was all about. What is a 16-year-old kid supposed to do with his girlfriend? Settle in between mom and pop on the family sofa? He sure isn't going to get any that way. Naw, he has to go out and impress a girl. Take her somewhere, preferably dark. And throw down the moves.

Things will change, no doubt. Change is inevitable, as Disillusioned mentions: Drive-in theaters, 8 track stereos, beta video, mini-discs and the dodo. But notice that we still have movies, music and birds. So, the formats might change, but the medium (is this the word I'm looking for?) remains.

I do wonder if the theatre won't go the way of the bowling alley though. It might be a nostalgia thing, but they will make a comeback too.

They should have let the two suspects run free for two years while they play funny keystone music and show the cops running around bumping into each other. This kind of police work will just cause loss of face to their J-cop counterparts.

The word "Police" must have been written in Engrish only.

Human Target, what if I think about beating up a cop and then don't do it. Am I still likely to get arrested for attempted assault? No.

I carry a hammer around with me in the unlikely event somebody tries to rob me. I also carry a nail around, in case a cop finds me with my hammer. This guy should have carried around a carrot. Then he could have said the knife was for chopping.

Hey Australia, what are you talking about the G8 never announces anything? Just the other day they ended their multi-billion dollar affair in Huntsville by condemning Iran and the Norks. That is progress my friend.

And all those folks wishing to toss the protesters out the door of a plane, would you wish the same on the Rosa Parks of earlier days? You have to take the good with the bad when it comes to free speech. I certainly don't think you should get a fine for wearing a bloody winter hat. It's Canada for god's sake.

It's like a fortress in Toronto right now. Crazy stuff going on. Still, I wonder if it wasn't a chicken and egg question. The police have been making their presence known for well over a week. They have looked like they were ready to stomp on some skulls. I am glad that more than four cop cars have been set ablaze. It seems to justify the ridiculous security price tag. But what I love the most is that the police chief is just astounded at the level of criminality in the streets. Really? You spent $1.1 billion and you are surprised? Hmmmmm. What was the government thinking having it in TO?

If the Dutch made sushi, the Japanese wouldn't eat it anyway. It wouldn't be "Japanese" enough. Silly Dutch. Put your pipes down.

I want to twist and spin him like a Rubik's Cube. I do hope he is laughing at himself about this. That would be the only graceful way out. The guy behind him is certainly taking the piss out of him. Ha ha.
