My heart goes out to the child that had to endure everything going on in that house. Also, I think it is a highly unintelligent question to ask nokomarie, why are woman so dumb? Do you think that maybe we need to walk in other people's shoes before we speak on there actions? This poor boy will not have his mother for "Haha no hi" or "omedetou" as Mother's Day is referred to in Japan. In any event, this story is just plain sad to read.

Who said anything about enforcing a law? I simply said that, that is what I believe which in turn is merely an opinion. Let's not get ahead of ourselves shall we? And further more who said anything about the situation only being a problem in Japan? I'm sorry where exactly is that written in my comment bdiego?

I agree with littleboy, the U.S. market is ridiculously locked in and close minded. If some of us out there are interested in listening and learning about other cultures, radio is not the place to look. Other types of any other culture other than the "NORM" in the U.S. has to be explored on a personal level. You won't find any other types of music in mainstream media other than hispanic. I for one would love to see Japanese popstars on the cable channels and music on the radio. And why not, we have Univision for hispanics and spanish popstars. Do we not have Asians in America as well, where is the market for them?

I firmly believe all woman need psychological evaluations before they should be allowed to get pregnant. Just because you can have a child, doesn't necessarily make you a mother. And just because a man can produce a child it doesn't make him a father.
