not sure where I ever read that the Taliban are poor>? Uneducated and backwards maybe, but never heard anyone say they were poor. They are supported and finaced by the worlds largest cash crop and export of dope. Poor? Me no thinks so. I would not exactly call them a challenge to the world's super power, a major irritant sure, but a challenge, not on their lives.

When private aircraft are outlawed, only outlaws will have private aircraft......or we could make them register them which will then prevent these types of crimes, or institute a 14 day cooling off period and do a good background check..or why not just a private plane control act, or simply bring back the ban on assault aircraft which Bush and his cronies had allowed to expire!!

Ah what a wonderful victim filled world we live in. What was it, 10 years ago that providing signers for the hearing impaired was all the rage? I didn't see one anywhere in the opening ceremony......and me, I didn't understand most of what the First Nation speakers were saying except the "Welcome..." part...where was my English translator then huh??
