Don't be stupid. Teen birthrate is the lowest in 65 years. It's people in their 20s and 30s who are CHOOSING to have kids out of wedlock, with absolute planning.
Oh, and it's over 70% of black kids now, more than 50% of Hispanic babies, and almost 30% of white kids that are born out of wedlock now.
This is the result of modern contraception and the increasing postmodern "if it feels good, do it" viewpoint that children are being raised in; the same trends are observed in almost every country that shares the postmodern mindset.
