I don't know if corruption has anything to do with this, but really, do these police officers have no sense at all as to how to behave when on or off duty? Wonder why they choose to join the police force in the first place.

No not quite. This guy will sit in jail for 500 hours be indicted and then wait locked up until his trial is over in about one year, as they cant have this threat walking around hurting other children. He will then go to jail for three to five years.

sorry guys, but as much as I hate to say it, this is japan...this guy won't get the punishment he really derserves...he'll just get a slap in the wrist, write some lame gomen letter and off he goes back to the streets again..all this in less than 72 hours according to j-law. Unfair to the little one, isn't it? but that's how it works in this rotten society. shame on this j-criminal system, shame! Malaysian justice would've slash this guy 10 times in public for what he did to that little girl. J-justice is a joke. No wonder why this country keeps sinking and sinking.
