I had several classes where nearly 70% of the students were out for flu. My school didn't close. (However, during summer break, 2 students with flu came to the school to work on projects, and the school shut down...I guess it is all in the timing)

Noliving--I think we will just have to disagree there. I still remember when the Florida Highway Patrol switched the standard sidearm for state troopers. All the troopers I knew talked about their "9mm automatics" (and of course, they were not FULL automatics). Could be a regional thing though.
