Was he wrong? Yes. Did his "punishment" (a beat down that led to a broken nose) fit the "crime" (technically not illegal, merely bad manners)? Hell no. This old hag went overboard. If she wanted to cause a scene and have this punk move from the seat, she should have went and berated the driver into forcing the kid to move. Would he be happy about it? No, would he have complied? Most likely. Everyone here is too keen to side with the old hag, but she was clearly in the wrong on handling this issue. Not to mention the fact that she's a repeat offender. She clearly has some issues.
