Apologies, this thought was made for Japan's strategy to humiliate the Russians over their administration of the Kuriles, unlike the Argentinian situation you have illustrated, Japan is better equipped to deal with humanitarian efforts over not only the Kuriles, but what is known as the entire Sakhalin Oblast than Moscow's remote response through Vladivostok.

I knew out of all countries in the coalition of the Axi..uh I mean Willing, the UK would actually do something about this unlike the US or Japan who swept the Iraq issue under the carpet when there were recent regime changes in their own countries.

I think these people are confusing 'fair trial' for 'fair prosecution'.
Life is unfair isn't it? these activists who get very little financial reward in return for breaking the law to expose another unlawful conduct while awaiting trial, while the makers of the 'Cove' documentary broke the law and made millions in the name of 'global awareness'.

If there's anything to protest, it's why that plane that lost its part wasn't a JAPANESE naval jetfighter attached to a JAPANESE Carrier Airwing belonging to a JAPANESE aircraft carrier. Japan loves to forbid itself from having any of those things as a gesture of peace but it sure loves to hire foreign ones!
