  Interesting that the Bhutanese king and queen were recently here to incredible fanfare -- and that the Bhutanese king's father is retired and alive. I wonder if there's some coordination going on to move this forward.

  Arakawa-ku is the second lowest in terms of crime . Bunkyou-ku is the lowest.

  Is this for violent crime?

  Yugoslavia had a common currency, the Dinar. That did not not prevent the break-up of Yugoslavia. Once Yugoslavia was split, the Serbs, Croatians, Slovenians etc. hurried up to confirm their independence by introducing their own currencies.

  G&R, great band but not in the running. Ditto for Doors, Dead, Crue Nirvana, CCR.

  Van Halen maybe. They certainly have the virtuousity for it, but maybe short of hits.

  Aeorsmith has a fighting chance, given their long body of work and iconic writing, singing and guitar work.

  "Fatal accidents involving bicycles" includes cyclist deaths from being hit by cars. So it's iInteresting how they name pedestrians and cyclists without saying a word about motor vehicle drivers.

  Anyone know where the guidelines are?

  You got a citation for this? Because it sounds implausible, to put it generously.

  Also, not a comparison with Japan, but Aus rice prices are low compared seven of these eight countries

  Just read on the Mainichi site that the mother will return the daughter and will live in the U.S. so she can go for regular visitation. So, this ended well for all involved.

  Except the grandparents, who are now screwed because of the mother's illegal runner. They will have a harder time seeing the daughter, because the husband would be a fool to let the daughter go to Japan.
