Flat-panel TVs are not eco-friendly - their manufacture utilises one of the most virulent greenhouse gases there is. It wasn't covered by the Kyoto agreement because at the time there weren't many flat-panel TVs being made, so it wasn't seen as a threat.

It's a peculiar perversion. Why not go to the beach or the public baths, where you can see young women's panty-clad bottoms legally, without having to get a crick in the neck. More often than not, the bikini briefs are much scantier than normal knickers.
