Iceland has to sell this stuff because they have no other way to dispose of toxic waste. Japanese people on the other hand worry about Chinese chemicals, American beef, other imported food while stuffing thier faces with methyl-mercury-laced whale meat. This will just speed the extinction of the race.

Blackwater would be ideal for the job! You need a security organization that isn't afraid to pull the trigger to get the job done. The Navies patrolling the waters now seem to be afraid of getting involved to the point of spilling some pirate blood into the water! I don't think too many "innocent civilians" will be darting around in pirate boats so what is there to worry about? These pirate boats should be fired upon anytime they approach a vessel transitting in international waters. The amount of firepower should be brutal! Turn the SOBs into toothpicks and shark chum! Then go after the motherships and port facilities - again without warning and with savage firepower! Somali is a giant toilet badly in need of flushing!

Naked drunkeness? Sounds like a good time to me! How are the police going to cover this AND keep watch on all those ATMs at the same time?
The use of the term westerners is interesting, usually they just group us all together as "foreigners". Oh well, I don't see this as xenophobic given that there seems to be a history of us westerners getting a little carried away and making a mess.
I've got my Halloween costume all ready to go and this year I've selected one that is sure to terrify most Japanese! I'm dressing up as (drum roll) ... a foreigner! Happy Halloween Ya'll!

Even if it were highly classified information Japanese have no problem disclosing it to the world. Recent disclosures have set precident.
I wonder if the doctor considered his Hipocratic oath (if they have that in France?). Giving medical care to keep a dicator responsible for millions of starvation deaths and countless murders alive seems to be almost criminal. Think about it, if you were a doctor would you have treated Hitler just for some cash?
